Next Update?

When do you guys think the next GTA Online update will be, I think we are at that point where we need some fresh new content.

Patience. I can't believe there are some people that think we're getting more heists soon - that won't be for another couple of months at the very least.

 

Rockstar are focusing on PC version at the moment, and any updates will likely be just to remain consistent across all three types of platform (last, current, pc) or to fix areas found in all versions (but perhaps seen by Rockstar when testing PC).

Probably this time next month before we see any new vehicles, clothing etc.

Have you completed everything in the heist update yet?

 

For example, all the new platinum awards, all the heists, purchased all the vehicles you wanted.

 

For those who have been playing non stop like myself, I'm not even half way through yet. Updates can wait.

Wait a few weeks at least. PC version will get patched for bugs/glitches then they'll focus on whatever they have planned.

 

Most of us are still enjoying the Heist DLC content. The next DLC can wait a month or two, I'll have enough money to buy whatever is in it I want anyways

I hope we get an update soon. Heists were disappointing in my opinion. I spent more time joining lobbies and trying to get heists to work than actually doing them. Also the payouts were disappointing. I hope we get a new update, with plenty of bug fixes, a few new reasonably prices vehicles and maybe an additional heist or two which actually 'works'.

It's not "The Heists" which are at fault for the problems in joining lobbies, timeouts and errors... they're mostly Rockstar/ Cloud server issues.

I think about a month after PC release. All platforms will be out and R* can focus all their attention to adding new stuff.

I didnt mean anything by this, I've personally done the majority there is to do in the Heist update and I personally feel like GTAO is a bit stale at the moment.

Heist payouts were only disappointing if you were totally unrealistic about what you thought they would be, and it looks like you were unrealistic. As far as the heists "working"...um, they work.

We need a 15gb-20gb content update. Make that sh*t happen Rockstar. Just fill it with a butt load of content.

Probably won't be until at least May at the earliest when we see a non-patch update. That's my speculation though.

After heists and all the extensive military gear and vehicles, we really need an update with gangbanger and biker outfits, a few new guns and many more lowriders and choppers. Hopefully we'll get that sometime in May, surely even R* won't give us yet more suits and spec ops clothes

To be fair there wasnt much in heists for the lonewolf types. Add that in with the lack of updates before heists and its been awhile for them lol

Yeah, always wondered about that. I dont think we should expect new DLC before July or August. The PC version has just come out, so Rockstar wants to exploit that with livestreams etc. Sure there has to be another event weekend coming up. Maybe even double GTA$ and RP.
