Has anyone else ever confused this with or read it as "Collect a Crate Drop"? I spent about an hour waiting for a crate drop to spawn. Now I'm wondering if my reading comprehension has failed me the first 2 times I saw this one and thought it said "crate drop", making me ineligible for the end of the month bonus. Is collecting a crate drop even part of the daily objectives? I'll feel so stupid for failing THE easiest daily objective. All it takes is a call to Merrywether.

For what it's worth I've never gotten a "collect crate drop". I've def gotten the ammo drop a few times. Have done the 28 straight days and am now working on a second month.

Nope, no crate drop that I've seen but then again, I've yet to see blow up x cars.

 

But yeah, it is likely the easiest along with calling a mugger on someone. Although, Flight School, races and shooting ranges can be done in 30-ish seconds plus loading times.

but the thing is, if you are "forced" to pick up a crate drop, it would make it the hardest daily objective because its far different from the rest. The rest don't force you to win at anything, which collecting a crate drop really is--fighting others to collect booty. Add to that, you have no control over it being activated.

Yea wow.. i feel so stupid now. after the first time seeing that in my first week of doing daily objectives, it broke my spirits. I thought it said collect a crate drop and I couldn't. after that day, I dreaded seeing that and hoped i wouldn't get it again. Interesting you haven't gotten the Blow up 20 cars. I got that one 2 days ago.

Rhetorical question. There aren't any crate drops at the moment so it can't be a daily objective and I don't think it will be one in the future, because it was quite hard to get one before and it will be even harder if a lot of people have it as DO.

i've seen a crate drop once after the heists.. thats it. also, should I be putting "special" in front of it?

yea I guess it was confusing because ammo comes in crates. plus "drop" sealed the deal. This reminds me of one of those episodes from National Geographic's Brain Games, where your eyes skims through text and your brain places/replaces words in a sentence.

Yes, the same happened to me with daily objectives like "participate in a capture mission" - i just recognized the word "capture", not the addition "GTA".

that would suck major balls if yoy ask me.

 

i play pretty much everyday and the last regular crate and special crate i saw was like in february.

I don't believe that for the fact that you said "Collect ammo crate", instead of what its actually called. Right now we are all giving input based on our memories. Unless there's a screenshot of it, I don't believe it. Plus my memory sucks, so I don't trust it.

Ok then. Might want to check out the thread of all the currently known objectives if you don't believe me.
