All my friends are going to be using keyboard/mouse and would prefer free-aim lobbies. If I join on my friends, will that automatically disable my auto-aim? If you made your own lobby and set it to auto-aim then it'll make it auto-aim for everyone. I don't think Rockstar will change it and make it on a player by player basis....and from what I can remember GTA IV's multiplayer was the same way.
