Next Gen 30 players

Is it me or are the 30 player matches a sham on next gen? It was hard enough to get in a match back on PS3 but now it's even worse. Have any of you ever had a 30 player match? I'm not talking about freemode either just to clear things up.

Yes, once for a race around San Andreas. Was actually pretty fun. Though when the race came to "bottlenecks" on the freeway the ramming was ridiculous, but made for some good laughs.

 

And hey, nobody timed out. 30 started and all 30 were there at the end of the race.

Highest number people in a lobby i was in was 28, never seen a 30

Always end up in lobbies alone after game comes out

They "patch" it

Still often end up alone

When I do find lobbies everyone disconnects

Races pay more

but at what cost?!

People tend to leave before lobbies fill up. Hell was like that most of the time on last Gen for me. You'd be one away from a full lobby and someone would leave and another. And before you knew it, it was you all alone, with your dick in your hand.

The most I saw in a session was 30 but everyone left because lol servers. Usually the average I see is 20-25.

The majority of 24+ player lobbies I have ever been in have players "leaving" in droves

i think they made a mistake putting it to 30 ppl... it was a good idea at first. Now we barley get to experiment online.

Yes but 30 people matches can be crazy at times and 30 player lobbies are just a war zone.

GTAO is P2P.

If they use dedicated servers then you can request for more (Maybe even 128 Players).

OP is referring to jobs not freeroam.

 

I have sh*tty internet but I get into full jobs on a regulat basis. That ''invite players'' option is really usefull, one of the best features R* has implemented.

 

That and the saved outfits.
