When it comes to representative democratic systems, a two-party system is the most unconventional. But I also get the impression that you didn't read my post. That's demonstrably false. It's a tie in Iowa in the polls. And your idea that he'll never rise above 25% support in the polls is also demonstrably very very false.

Also, Eutyphro, I think Irviding is merely expressing his opinion on the matter. I am certainly not ruling out the possibility, but it is an uphill battle, no doubt.

 

Indeed, following last time I talked about polls, two new polls for the Democratic Iowa caucuses have emerged, and they don't favour Sanders. In one, Clinton leads by 21 percentage points.

 

This means that 538's polling average have changed from being statistically a tie to 47/41.7 for Clinton/Sanders.

 

Of course, these two new polls could be the flukes or Sanders' previous surge could be a fluke, we won't know until the next round of polls arrive.

That poll is a bizarre outlier compared to the other ones though. You could include it and assume that clinton might be some points ahead, but saying only that one might be true and all the others ones false would be silly. Even with that poll included, the gap between Clinto and Sanders in Iowa is not big, and saying he has no chance is clearly false.

You mean a FEMA provided people with temporary accommodation after a natural disaster? How astonishing. It's almost like that's their job.

 

Refuge camps for people who have lost homes in natural disasters != FEMA camps. The camps set up for victims of Hurricane Katrina weren't run by FEMA, for one, though FEMA was involved in moving people to them and coordinating them (again, kinda FEMA's job).

I looked it up, the name was camp "greyhound" it was a bus station before the use as a camp. And in the video it was stated several people in there were not free to leave, so they were practically imprisoned.

 

And the video showed a black and white picture and suggested that the company greyhound was already responsible for transporting Japanese people in America to the detention camps during ww2.

It's bollocks, as five minutes of due diligence would leave any rational individual concluding. The "camp" that's received the most attention over the years is actually a rolling stock repair centre run by Amtrak; one of the other popular ones to show images of is actually in North Korea.
