Starting to play GTAO in 2 days(pc release) for first time ever. I hav

Hello guys. I haven't played GTA V but I have watched tons of videos on it and I have preordered it on Steam for like 3 months and the wait is almost over. So I am gonna play both SP and Online and since online is more complicated I need advice on the following questions.

 

1. Where do I find Sabre Turbo? It is gonna be my first free car.

2. I will use the free money from preorder to buy a 10 car garage. What is the best garage for around 300k?

3. I will also buy Zentorno(I know, hard but very rewarding fast car). After how many won races do I unlock all car performance customizations(engine, turbo, etc)?

4. Which car customization is the most important?

5. What are the essential weapons to have for jobs and for races with enabled weapons(mines?)?

1.The Sabre Turbo spawns all over downtown LSC, You'll just have to look for it

 

2. Well there's two 10 car garages on on Popular St which is on the Far east side of the city and then there's Greenwich Garage which is a stones throw away from LSAIrport i own this garage and i suggest you get it.

 

3. The Zenteno is $750,000 comes to around $1,000,000 after it's fully upgraded, You'll need around 50 race wins to unlock all car mods this will unlock mods for every car

 

(You don't have to do each class, You just need to win 50 races total to unlock everything but everything unlocks on their own they don't all unlock at the same time in the Super Car class and it'll count towards all classes, If you don't want to race there are two ways to get to mods you can trade race wins with people or you can ask someone like me to give you all the performance mods without racing using iFruit/Charles program)

 

Visual Mods will unlock as you rank up i think the last visual mod unlocks @ rank 50

 

4.The only importance mods are the performance mods visual mods don't add anything to the car

 

5. Make sure you pick up all of the weapons that are unlocked for you which will be the Special Carbine, Heavy Shotgun, Bullpup Rifle & Homing Launcher (Those are the only guns you'll have access to until you've unlocked the rest)

I highly recommend getting the Special Carbine - should be unlocked seeing it's "DLC". I'm around level 277 and mainly use the Special Carbine. Also, you can get the Infernus and upgraded fully at the same price of buying the Zentorno. Not as quick but, in my opinion, handles better. This is only important if you plan on racing. You can also buy a cheaper supercar and save up for the Zentorno. When you save money for something it's easy to focus on such a goal. Makes the game much more interesting.

As Troub mention; the Popular St. 10-car garage is around the corner from an Ammu-nation and the LS Customs. If you're a big car guy you can also get another 10-car garage down the street! Great for modding cars a lot and moving cars from one garage to another. I totally recommend this garage. You can own up to 3 properties (at the moment).

Hope you enjoy GTA:O and GTA's main story. It's a really well written thing that sadly some players skip over.

The only exception is the spoiler, which definitely gives you more grip.

OT, op, get a 10 car garage for around 142k at popular st, like he said, and instead of zentorno it's better to get turismo, it's also 250k cheaper.

Thanks for the answers, I have some questions regarding those answers.

 

1. Which performance upgrade effects the car most and needs to be bought first?

2. I was thinking of the cars really hard before taking the decision to buy zentorno. The cars I like are Turismo, Zentorno, Feltzer, Sabre, . The biggest decision I had to make, though, is Zentorno or Turismo first. As I can see you guys are telling me to get something cheaper so I might actually go for the Turismo. I am gonna do mostly racing and some heists. Jobs probably only for farming... So what is our suggestion? Why the Turismo?

Don't listen to these guys, I love my Turismo but.

 

Zentorno is the fastest car in game

Turismo does not have bulletproof rear

Turismo gets stuck on low curbs very easily

 

Buy Zentorno and cheap ten car Apartment so you can do heists, you can't host heists from a garage.

That's exactly what I was thinking when I decided to get Zentorno!

Like ILDMT said buy a cheap 10 garage apartment but also you can just join other people heist until you earn enough to do what you want but stay away from the Eclipse Tower apartment everybody lives there and it's a warzone you need to be passive just to drive in and out of your garage and the interor is no difference than the $200k apartment

Get the zent first. Buy the Turismo later. If you're serious about racing, look up Broughy1322 on YT, you'll find all the tips you need on it. NoDo is a really fun crew too, so consider that aswell.
