If you're on either XB1 or PS4, you'll have the more advanced character creator compared to what last gen has. But I just guess you gotta choose either a mother or father (y not both?) who carries the genes of Asian ethnic appearance. Sharpen the char's jaw an chin a lot, make the nose desirable, choose the right brows and eye color and you should be done. Oh, and don't forget det long bob haircut.
