Can't choose custom license plate at LSC?

I am currnetly having an issue where I cant choose my own custom plate at LSC. I can still choose plate colour but not the custom license plate that you create in iFruit. Anybody know what is going on?

You need to send a plate order via iFruit app for it to show up in game.

 

Once you do that all your plates will be visable

It also helps to be online in a session when you submit your order. Mine popup almost immediately.

 

I have noticed; however, that my custom plates aren't listed whenever I log into online. I mean, I still have them...they just don't populate in the list until I order one.

>Click Plate in top right hand corner

> Select plate you want

> Select garage

> Select order

> Redeem your order
