Carface80
The instrument cluster requires more work than i thought, since i found more detailed reference photos from ebay and google, i have a better idea how it gets illuminated at night, also more details on the warning lights. I redo the texture fir the temp and alternator guage are unfinished, the illumination. The warning lights may requre a little more complicated setup since it use blocks and words instead of icons and symbols. The Lundy
Police Package inbound :^) One sidenote. This would rather be the 86+ years. Middle brakelights weren't installed on American cars until regulation in 1986 that required manufactures to factory equip their cars with them. I'll also make a custom lightsetting for the Dippy. That way you'll have all 3 brake/tailights with coronas in their proper place. Carface80
Those folks from lspdfr are going to be happy. Thanks for the heads up on the breake light. the 1987 have different steering wheel, maybe its easier to remove the middle brake light instead. For some reason i added it because it a little more aestetically pleasing. Exit: The taillight is another headaches, because if i decided to replace primo, it got those really annoying coronas dots all over the rear end, so i installed coronas be gone mod. The biker mod makes the raillight nearly invisible on daytime so i used the biker dlc light fix. Police Package inbound :^) One sidenote. This would rather be the 86+ years. I'll send you a carcols edit later so you won't have to fug up your game visuals. Corona fix for the tailights and all.

Lozano71 asking me to make a police version of my diplomat, i haven't give him an answer yet because you haven't finished yet, I dont know what kind of police vehicle he specialized. I am surprised nobody wants to turn my suburban into a unmarked unit except for a newbie guy mclovin109, and another guy grafted my 2016 grille into shady's Tahoe. Whatever7540
And here it goes, another great mod from you But looks like that it does have one minor bug with glass, inner side of front and rear windshield is flipped, so interior and exterior glass material are on the outer side and they overlap each other. I quickly fixed this and took it for small photo session, but it looks a little bit different than on yours Jokes aside, there's still a lot of work to do (working lights, extras as accessories, interior (with animations), original engines and transmissions, etc.). Still, only about 2 hours to get it working in American Truck Simmulator is a impressive result. I really love America until 2001. If Lundy love details and authencity - i love atmosphere in common. I work on global mod, where all emergency vehicle's replaced by their analogs by eras. I have 3 different packs, 1970's, 1980's, 1990's . They have common idea, but own dlc's and vehicles. Also i do popgroups for all eras, so no new car's in game. For example.. "police" is AMC Matador, Chevrolet Caprice 1989, Chevrolet Caprice 1995 "police2" is Plymoth Belvedere 1965, Ford LTD 1984 (will be Chevrolet Impala 1985), Chevrolet Caprice 1990/1991 "police3" is Dodge Polara 1971, Ford LTD Crown Victoria 1987, Ford Crown Victoria 1996. Same thing for sheriff's, hwaycar's north yankton state police and other vehicles. Also i work on agencies from RDE, like airport, port usaf and del perro police. And also i work and will work on Liberty and Vice City police. Shortly, i do a big mod which turn game in 1970's, 1980's or 1990's. I'm inspired by movies like Fargo, gone in a 60 seconds, wanishing point, Alone in home ( ), Rush Hour. 3D universe GTA games, Driver 1&2, World Scariest Police Chases. I rarely write on forums because I'm shy. I do not think that I'm professional enough for this work. But I do it as I can, in my pleasure. But main thing for me is doing videos, machinimas. I will do it more when finish my pack. Also, i started to work with peds. Here my first work. (thanks totoline66 for authentic coat texture). Lundy, look, there is your old hat and badge texture! I don't do converts or models from scratch, but sometimes do templates and fix bugs on different vehicles. For example this ford origially was really bugged. and haven't correct collisions. Release of my pack planned not earlier than spring-summer, i need to work with 80's cars. So Lundy anyway do own releases faster than me. (and i hope there will be Dodge Diplomat and 1991 Chevrolet Caprice Police Package DEV version) So, i hope i'll got your permission. The Lundy
Ford Crown Victoria 1996 I don't remember if I sent a PM out to you or not, but I'd like to ask that you scrap that model from your releases. It's not good work and I'd like it to be gone from the modding scene. I say the same for all my old releases, too. Although, I'll be updating those. The Crown Victoria won't be getting updated. I am planning to remaster the 1993/1991 caprice (as well as some of my SA cars) but I only managed to rounden the bumper corners not easy to do it on zmodeler, i am probably re import it back to maya to preserved the scale. DerangedCrackhead
I am so jealous of you guys right now, waiting until I can try this beauty in GTA IV. From the screenshots I've seen around, the model, both exterior and interior, look superb, seems like you've outdone yourself once again, Carface. And once again I am so grateful that you've satisfied the wishes of all of us classic car fanatics. I know we sometimes may be a little annoying but you always bring us those great and somehow forgotten cars that otherwise wouldn't even get to have in this game. Whatever7540
@up If Carface80 will agree, then I'll be more than happy to publish it Exterior is mostly done, and I'm starting to work on the interior. Since in American Truck Simulator you can't change interior colour I'll need to separate it from body and prepare textures for few colour options (based on original brochure). Also carface, have you thought about doing a 1995-1997 crown vic for you next vehicle, since Lundy has abandoned his. StratenSurf
