JoeVK
Brings back memories of the Century my wife had way back when we first started dating. It was identical to the one you're working on, except it was a 2-door. I called it "the Centurdy" because it was ugly, brown and just sat around. It's 2.5L quit running shortly after she got the car, and several people, including myself, worked on it, but nobody could make it live again. To make matters worse, the owner of the buy-here-pay-here place she got it from died around the same time as the car, and his family couldn't find the car's title. They told her not to bother paying off what she still owed, so she sold it for scrap and bought an '85 Cavalier that her mom was selling. Which, by the way, was also a brown 2-door that died a short time later. She refuses to own any brown or 2-door cars now. Carface80
@joevk interesting story, when you mentioned having a 2 door I got excited I thought your wife got a T-Type....then I later read its a 2.5 DOH! Looks like your wife Century comes with 90Hp Iron Duke engine only mated with automatic. The engine in my car model is based on 2.8 V6 comes with 2 barrel carburetor pumping 114 HP! I looked up the acceleration time and the 2.8 fare no better than the 2.5 models....not an ideal heist getaway car @krystofer, as soon i completed texture mapping the engine and undercarriage @universe My LOD1 is a bit lower quality than GTA5 LOD1, so im going to try make LOD1 a little better. By now, some of it's remains are probably reincarnated as a soda can or something. Carface80
Carface80
@joevk your wife car is either crushed or cannibalized for parts, depending on the overall condition of the car. If the car is mint inside and out, people do spend some time fixing the engine My cars converted to SFM by RushFreak, he did a great job! HotShotCharlie
Have you ever considered making a Chrysler Cordoba? It would be nice to have a car with soft Corinthian leather in GTA. Edited June 23, 2016 by HotShotCharlie
Carface80
@universe cool drawings you got there @shaefft thanks! @hotshotcharlie interesting car, not sure but im planning to do a diplomat....if things gets ok. The painful conversion process has begun, I have to juggle dozens of model parts and organized them Properly....good news is the nodel turned up fairly well and needs some minor tweaking, Edited June 23, 2016 by Carface80 LtFlash, CRAZY AL WARD and universetwisters
universetwisters
I dunno why but the Cordoba reminds me of the first getwaway car they used in that FBI Murder flick. Probably the very round headlights. But turns out it's corporate cousin was in the final shootout so w/e Edited June 23, 2016 by universetwisters Carface80

Carface80
@universe there's a show called FBI files (you can find the free episodes on YouTube) and one serial killer in Florida named Bobbie Joe long drives a Dodge magnum, but they used the Cordova in reenactment (both cars are based on the same platform) @Lt flash 3rd or 4th in line as soon I get the century and Honda out of the way. R3W1ND
Seems like you aim for American vehicles, mostly the big sedan under 1990s. Carface80
@R3W1ND I grew up with these old American cars, so im a little more attached. Carface80
someone guy had already made a 1986 bronco, Ok this is worse than I anticipated....the dreaded Crash To Desktop syndrome....then later only the LOD1 mesh loaded (I still get the corrupted game message) I removed the interior mesh and suddenly its working...not a good start.
