WE JUST COMPLETED THEM ALL! If nobody else had done it on ps3 yet, then we're the first ones!

 

Of course vince and another person whom we completed Prison Break with still need our help, and indeed we'll still help them until they finish their 2-4 remaining elite finales.

 

It's been quite a journey, I've finally done all there is to do with heists, I really enjoyed them.

 

 

I have to say, Series A and Prison Break were the hardest ones for me. With Prison Break, you HAVE to get lucky so as to not get the very annoying infinite cop glitch when the ground team enter the plane, and with Series A you had to get lucky aswell so that the enemies spawn as fast as possible when the team gets to the warehouse, of course next gen consoles might not have problems like this, but the ps3 does.

 

Pacific was surprisingly easy.

Was a perfect run man drilling was fastest I've done then on the last roadblock another cop car made a space by hitting one wich was blocking road :)

 

MM Shoxz said he had a perfect drive as well when I was hacking

Hey guys. Now that lots of people have attempted and completed the elite challenges, I look to you for ideas to improve this guide. What do you think would be helpful? Feel free to send me your suggestions and any original content and I will list you as a contributor.

Also, for anyone interested, I added a hall of fame for all current and former record holders. I don't even have times yet for some of the challenges, so if you want, just complete any of those and guarantee yourself a spot. I imagine if this thread survives we'll eventually get some real kick-ass hard to beat times.

Now that I have completed all challenges I have composed my own step by step guide. Do with it as you wish. I may update it in the future.

There are other guides out there including the one in this thread which also contain many useful tips.

 

 

 

This guide is for the sole purpose of completing the Elite Challenges in GTA Heists. Certain things such as routes I will not get into because these can be found on youtube videos and would be too hard to explain in writing. Special thanks to all my teammates that helped me get through all the challenges on both my characters.

 

NOTE1: These methods are based on LG specifically PS3. CG methods may vary but due to severe lag on LG these are the methods which seem to work best.(Since writing this guide I have tested some alternate strategies that also work. I will make note of them but will not go into detail as of yet) This guide is not intended for new players. It is based on my assumption that you have completed the heists prior to attempting the challenges and have a basic knowledge of what is going on before attempting them. For example..The 1st thing I mention for Fleeca is get to the Kuruma as fast as possible and left it at that. You may go under or over the bridge and the checkpoint is not needed.
NOTE2: TIME-With the exception of prison break I have noted the time starts when you can move your character. It has become apparent that the time will actually start when your mini-map pops up on the screen. So if you are timing your runs, for better accuracy you can start it then. There is currently an issue with the CG/PC in-game timers.
The Fleeca Bank Elite Challenge

Apartment-Alta
Vehicle-Fully modded Akuma or Bati(a fast super car may work for a good driver)
Outfits-Do not use player saved outfits. There is/was a bug with certain outfits that would cause you to lose time when trying to equip your mask.
1-Get to Kuruma as fast as possible.
2-Driller should immediately equip his mask when entering the Kuruma. Driver can equip his while driving.(Both can be done using the interaction menu)
3-Driver should make it to the bank by 2:45 or less. The hacking should be complete before the driver arrives at the bank.
4-Driller should go straight to the back and start drilling. Driller should only push left stick forward enough to see sparks from the drill bit(you may push it a little further at this point but be careful when the bit starts turning red). Hold R2 first then push forward on stick.Let driver take out cameras.
5-After driver takes out cameras he should go back in kuruma to position it closer to the door. He can get out and stand by the passenger door and shoot into the bank or simply have your RPG equipped . He should then enter through passenger side so passenger door stays open for driller.
6-Leave bank by no later than 4:10. First 2 roadblocks go through small opening on left. Third roadblock you can try to squeeze between the cop cars or crash into either end of one of the cars.
7-As for when the timer stops---The game always adds 4 seconds to my personal timer from the moment the car touches the magnet. I suggest if you are keeping time try to get to the magnet by 5:15 or in my case fail every time)

Prison Break Elite Challenge

Outfits-Does not matter
1-Pilot can take off from hangar when his timer reaches 3:00
2-Prisoner and Guard collect bus and wait till demo is in the buzzard before entering prison.
3-Demo gets in position(close to prison on south side, but not too close or he will be shot down) and must wait till the first 3 guards are killed before he starts firing.(This will help keep the prisoner and guard from immediately being shot at).
3A-Prisoner may pick up weapons from the dead enemies before entering the Rashkovsky cutscene.
4-Timer begins at cutscene when you meet Rashkovsky.
5-Prisoner and Guard must run and kill all the enemies as fast as they can through the prison yard. Ignore Rashkovski until he stops at the last shack, he will follow as you move through the prison.
6-When you get to the last 5 enemies the prisoner can go back for Rashkovsky to ensure he keeps moving while the Guard takes out the last 5 enemies.(Important--Once Rashovsky takes cover by the shack, he will not move if you do not stand close to him. However once he starts moving you can run ahead and he will follow.)
6A-Once Rashkovsky is following, the Guard can enter the van and back it up to the opening where the Prisoner and Rashkovsky will exit.The Prisoner can take the front seat allowing Rashkovsky to enter through the back which may save a second.
6B-At this time the Demo should back off the last 5 enemies and and concentrate on killing the Lazer that may be following the Pilot as he is about to land.
7-After Demo takes out the jet he should proceed to take out any police helis or cars in the area of the prison entrance, clearing a path for the Pilot to land.
8-There is a few spots the pilot can land in a successful run. For the best time he can land right in the parking lot facing south. He can also land on the dirt strip just east of the prison facing south or on the road that leads to the prison facing east. He should be on the ground at about 2:30(timing may vary depending on ground team progress) into the challenge.
9-At this time the Prisoner and Guard should be arriving at the plane. The Prisoner and Guard should enter the plane through the driver side while Rashkovsky enters through the passenger side.. Demo should continue taking out any enemies in the area.
10-From here you may need a little luck. When lucky the Pilot should be able to fly almost directly to the yellow marker and the stars will be gone by the time you get there.(There are a couple threads about the wanted stars glitch but I will not go further into that here).Take off no later than 3:00 as it can take 1:40 to arrive at checkpoint.
11-Timer ends when the Pilot flies through the yellow marker.
Alternate Strategies---Prepping area with mines, using vehicles inside prison.

Humane Labs Elite Challenge

Apartment-Integrity Way
Vehicle-Akuma
Outfit-Normal-No heavy combat gear/you may wear a bullit-proof helmet(gunner may wear heavy gear)
Pre-Challenge-A-Choose who will take which akuma, preferably with the pilot to the furthest right so he may arrive and start the heli before the others get there.
B-Choose who will sit where in the valkyrie depending on what order you arrive there(Save the pilot side gunner seat for the last person to arrive)
C-Ground Team should choose who will take which side in the valkyrie when they arrive on the beach.
1-Get to valkyrie and take off by 3:05(3:00 preferred) using your preferred route.
2-Reach the checkpoint as fast as possible(you may fly the valkyrie slightly under the checkpoint and it will trigger)Gunner should parachute with the ground team and reach the mountain peak just south of the labs. After he lands he will take out the first 2 buzzards using homing missles. Pilot should land on the beach and wait in the heli for the ground team.
3-Ground team must get through the labs and back to the helicopter by 8:35. As soon as they reach the beach,depending on the location of the 3rd and 4th enemy buzzards they should either get in Valkyrie or take out the 3rd and 4th buzzards using their miniguns then quickly get into the heli.
4-Pilot should quickly ride the mountain landing on the peak next to the gunner facing in the direction of west.
5-From here the gunner using his minigun and the ground team using the valkyrie's miniguns should take down the remaining buzzards. As soon as all buzzards have been destroyed, the gunner must get in the heli and the pilot MUST take off by 9:55(either way the gunner should be seated in the valkyrie by (9:55)(It will take 60 seconds to get from the mountain peak to the checkpoint) and arrive at the checkpoint in under 11:00.(In some cases if there are still enemy buzzards by 9:55 I would suggest risking it and taking off anyway, attempting to take out the remaining buzzards on your way to the checkpoint)
Alternate Strategies---Keeping gunner in Valkyrie, gunner going directly to CP)

Series A Elite challenge

Pre-Challenge-Choose who will take which akuma.
Choose who will take which vehicle. Have 1 player from the north side and 1 player from the south side in the technical. Also have 1 player from the north side and 1 player from the south side taking the trucks.

1-You can take 2,3 or 4 bikes.(North team should take bike/s on the furthest north since they have a further distance to travel)South team can share the 3rd bike or take their own. Arrive at checkpoints under 40 seconds
1A-The North team will have 2 checkpoints. Have one player get one and the other player continue to the second checkpoint.

2-Take out all enemies.(Enemies have specific spawn points so try to remember them)(This is not confirmed but it seems to me the enemies first spawn in the North then South then North etc. , atleast in the beginning)
2A-Have the drivers of the trucks head to the trucks as soon as there is only 1 enemy spawn left on both the North and South sides.(north will have 1 van and 1 bike-south will have 1 car)One player from the north and south sides will each take out the last enemy spawns then get in the technical. The 2 trucks should be entered no later than 2:20.
3-The 2 truck drivers must drive as fast as possible. The driver of the technical should stay close to the 2 trucks to ensure enough enemies spawn to meet the requirement.(Enemies have specific spawn points so try to remember them)
4-You may keep your snack menus open from this point. Take out as many enemies as possible on your way to the checkpoint. As gunner of the Technical, if you press R3 to look behind you then press L1 to aim you can make the gun turn faster. Other players should use AP pistols.
5-Arrive at checkpoint in under 6:30.(you do not have to use the route given, you can keep going straight and make a slight right at the bridge down the dirt road for a shortcut) Only the 2 trucks need to get to the checkpoint. Once the trucks turn off the highway the Technical may stay behind and continue killing enemies.

Alternate Strategies---Using PVs to push trucks.

Our best time-5:57(On last Gen. this mission can be very laggy and cause the enemies at the warehouse to take longer to spawn than usual making this a very tight challenge).

Pacific Bank Heist Elite Challenge

2B-Once the first gate has been opened 1 member of the crowd control team should watch the back room while the other member watches the front.
Keep the intimidation meter between 3/4 and full. Do not continue shooting after it is full or the alarm may go off and noose will be alerted.
3-Once demo opens the second gate the hacker should jump over the railing,
run to the back and start hacking, while demo kills the 2 guards down the stairs.
4-Demo and Hacker should choose a side and collect the money and get back upstairs as fast as possible.
5-After the cut scene jump(jumping is faster than running in the heavy combat outfits) as fast as possible towards the alley. Do not shoot at the cops just keep going. You may keep your snack menu open from here on in, it will not make you jump any slower. Do not go straight through the alley. Jump over walls and use as many shortcuts as you can to get to the bikes. You can blow up the last cop car that gets in your way.Get to the bikes by 5:55.
6-Use your preferred route to go directly to the Dinghy as fast as possible.(Do not worry about the checkpoints)
7-The timer ends when all 4 players are seated in the Dinghy.

1-Pilot can take off from hangar when his timer reaches 3:30

2A-The Prisoner may purchase a weapon from any ammunation before going to pick up the bus.

3-Demo gets in position(close to prison on south side, but not too close or he will be shot down) and must wait till the first 3 guards are killed before he starts firing.(This will help keep the prisoner and guard from immediately being shot at).

4-Timer begins at cutscene when you meet Rashkovsky.

5-Prisoner and Guard must run and kill all the enemies as fast as they can through the prison yard.

6-When you get to the last 5 enemies the prisoner can go back for Rashkovsky to ensure he keeps moving while the Guard takes out the last 5 enemies.

Outfit-Normal-No combat geat/you may wear a bullit-proof helmet

 

1-Get to valkyrie and take off by 3:05 using your prefered route.

2-Gunner should parachute with the ground team and reach the mountain peak just south of the labs. After he lands he will take out the first 2 buzzards using homing missles.

3-Ground team must get through the labs and back to the helicopter by 8:35. As soon as they reach the beach they should take out the 3rd and 4th buzzards using their miniguns then quickly get into the heli.

4-Pilot should quickly ride the mountain landing on the peak next to the gunner.

Surprising, I would have thought Humane Labs would be everyones worst nightmare. It took us sooo many tries to get the timing right in all areas.

You do not say who provides what proof I gave my twitter name wich has a video (PROOF) what do you not understand can you not watch a video on someone's twitter to quote you "its not hard at all" why you being so pathetic about it?

Relax a little :)

 

All sebcreed is saying is that a player has the responsibility of providing evidence indicating that a time has been beaten in the leaderboards. It is not our responsibility to provide this proof and having to trawl through other third party sites to find this evidence seems somewhat tedious.

 

No harm done though, but I would suggest capturing a screenshot and posting that here in the future since it is a lot easier for the thread author to sort out the leaderboards and changes therein. Well, hoping you do participate in more elite challenges in the near future :)

I will be participating in more an the only proof I'll have for them will be on my twitter or xbox live profile as well because I CANT POST PICS OR VIDS on gta forums

Strange one 50 followed me on Twitter so ask him I've given you my twitter name with the proof my xbox live name I'm pretty shure someone on Xbox one or infact someone who can work google could confirm it or look on my twitter if you search me @el nino 19f via Google I searched exactly that on a friends I pad an wouldn't you know my profile came up
