I'm so glad that I found this thread. I have wanted the worn paints online for so long, and it's amazing that it's happened. Thank you Zanthera and the rest of you for making GTAO fun again. I've decided to help out in return.

Ok i'm confused a bit again:D

Are these self-made, Crew-colours really Worn? i thought it can't be made.

So is the Color code identical/similar,and it looks like the original worn one with matching colour but without the Worn's satin reflection?

Or is it really like a Worn one? Because as they are based on Utility they won't have the satin glos except they r glitched like that race Thing in summer. Is that correct?

Don I quickly tried 168E9C00 and it worked. AA only works with darker colours like Black (000000AA), the above Blue is light hence you must use 00 at the end.

My bad sorry, Toelias is correct they were meant to be 00 on the end not AA. It was late at night when I made them and didn't have time to confirm which ending it was.

I used Zanthera's hex codes to make the colours, and I didn't make them up. The colour itself is identical to the authentic worn colours but it doesn't have the texture of the actual worn colours, but instead the typical texture of the crew colour (being shinier and glossy). Its the best option one can do UNLESS you manage to use the save editor to get the worn or whatever colour, sp to mp it on last gen and online transfer the account or find one of the NPC vehicles on the street that possess that colour (like the worn green (?) Gresley or baby blue buccaneer (?)). Until R* implements the real colours into the LSC, this is what we have. I'm sorry of this is confusing. Edited October 6, 2015 by jdude1969

Yes sorry i forgot to reply about this, the color itself is not in the Worn texture, it is simply the Hex code for that color but it will always be on the standard Utility texture of Crew colors.

 

For example here is actual Worn Dark Red

 

 

And here is the Crew color made with Hex #210804, the Hex of Worn Dark Red

Just made Chevrolet Pinecrest Green after being shown it by Toelias and liking it but he didn't quite get it right.

 

The Hex can be entered normally by leaving the color box open and saving it with it still open, the Hex is #57ADB7

It took me a lot of time to get it just right. It has that slightly green tone which varies quite a bit during the day.

 

I REALLY love that we can make dark paints again .
