Kustom Crew Color Requests

Pure is shine nearly chrome, but you can see color clearly

So if I do pure gold+crew color it should be an extremely glossy paint, but with a nice color underneath?

Guess who's trying this then.

Also, I have to paint the car in Pure Gold, then wait so it saves, quit the session, and paint it with crew color? Then wait for it to save itself, and then it should have Pure Gold's gloss?

Pure Gold makes the color look very reflective, you can even have colors as dark as #240000 show through it where you would not see it through Chrome.

Been wanting to use this custom color for a while now, got it from Owl Man months ago, called Blue Scuro 1995.

I think it turned out right. Here is my crew, if anyone wants the color: http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/crew/mad_dasher

Edit: The above pics are not accurate for this color. I used a stock car in a race, which added a white pearlescent to the crew color, giving it a different look. I never knew it did that in-game. See Owl Man's picture a few posts below to see what the real color looks like.

In case anyone was curious, this is what the color actually looks like without any pearl.

Can someone help me with a Ford Blue?

Wanna use it on my Dominator.

Speedy there there is a Ford Blue on page 5 on the thread here, but it might be a bit darker than the pic here. Have a look.

^Checked it out..Looks nice, but I'd like something more vibrant, like how the new Ford Liquid Blue looks like(check Google Images).

Looks nothing like that..It didn't go through with AA at the end, switched to 00, it went through, finally. But it's a very light color, almost neon-ish

It will have a checkers board as the color box and it'll say 0,0,0, but it will save the color still. Edited by ZANTHERA

1. Apply the paint material you want (metallic, matte, pure gold in your case, etc)

2. Apply the pearlescent you want

3. Leave LSC, wait for the game to autosave, drive back in

4. Apply your crew color

5. Leave LSC, wait for the game to autosave, quit to single player

6. Go back into Online

You should not see the RGB of you have already entered a Crew color once, it will only show two areas for Hex codes to be entered.

Thanks, I think I followed those steps by accident when I created my matte crew color Voltic.

So..anyone with an idea regarding Ford's Blue?Unfortunately the one on page 5 is too dark..

The closest you can get to that is by using one of the darker LSC blues, I'd say Dark Blue metallic or perhaps a little brighter, and then add one of the brighter blues as Pearlescent. There is no need to use a crew colour for this. Edited by C64fanatic

Looks more like a metallic or utility white. The Rumpo, as I recall, does spawn in worn Shadow Silver.
