How do you make the shotaro match like that with the colors, mine always just brightens up and makes it not match, except for the wheels

Try #00072D and racing blue pearl. I believe @JR_Death put up a list of Mustang paints somewhere. There's another blue similar to this, so my suggestion might not be the blue you're looking for.

aha alright , you know a blue that doesn't requite the Crew color ? (i'm playing on a FiveM server so crew colors aren't a think there  )

It's been a while since I've been on there, but I thought you had the option to make your vehicle any color you want with the included menus. Perhaps it's server specific?

Try #1E0206AA for the Red with a pearlescent of your choice

 

Try #021453AA for the Blue with a pearlescent of your choice, but the colour in general might be a bit too bright for you.

The red is basically just cabernet red with silver pearl, I have that on my Rapid GT Classic.

For the record “millennium jade” isn’t a colour I made. Just one found searching the forums. But I believe this colour looks a lot closer to what I was going for. 

The color is Ford Ivy Glow. The actual hex is 366138, but I think 334334 looks better in game.

If you havent found one yet, this is 005566AA W/ Harbour blue pearl. Seems close to what you want. (Looks more blue in shade and more teal in direct sunlight)

Weird, it looks like 2 different colors in those pictures. I tried it on the comet sr and it looked a little darker.. Try 1e5277

Should be #95C468 with either AA or FF in the end. Though I'm not sure.
