Any ideas on this colour and pearlecent ?

It’s light. Less tan.

I belive the game does not have a similar pearlescent color, so the results will not be as satisfactory. I try with Gasoline Green Pearlescent and stayed a little more like, you can try Surf Blue to.

See, that one does need to be done with the Inspect Element trick.  So, you open the crew editor, right-click on the color grid and select Inspect or Inspect Element.  It will bring you up a code window and in that code window, there'll be a line with a Hex code, another line further down with RGB values, and then another line slightly further down with the Hex code repeated.  Change the Hex codes in both areas, I'm not sure if you need to enter RGB values or not (you can get them at http://maettig.com/?page=PHP/CSS_Color_Converter) and press Enter after each change.  Close the Inspect Elemet window and click Save Crew at the bottom of the Crew Editor page and keep your fingers crossed that you don't get the "Colour is not supported" message that the Gas Monkey Green colour is giving me

Good, try something more darker and with high saturation (in this case, less blue on RGB) something like this #1B1E0CFF
