Something's off with how you entered the code so just try restarting your game. It might still be recognizing your previous code or you entered it wrong.

Snapshot's come out a bit flat and dull but at the time I thought the colour looked quite accurate in game and on my TV. Appreciate it, brother.

A lot of people have their TVs set different, I get the same effect with my TV, the colors look great on my TV but always come out looking more dull on my laptop when I look at the screen shots, it's due to how GTA looks through a basic unmodified screen.
