I got a T20 like that, it just looks like graphite + frost/ice white pearl. here is a picture of mine:

I should let you know though in case you don't already that you cannot have two different Crew colors on one car on the Primary and Secondary, if you try to buy it it will either charge you and not change or just revert the color to the same as the Primary.

#0D0F13AA I would suggest either one of the Pinks or Bright Purple as the Pearl, or one of the Blues if you want the Blue side of this color. It seems to be a very dark Blue base with a Blue and Purple Pearl in it, so it's another reflex color which are almost impossible to make, let me know how it goes.

 

 

The first one was spot on, but the second one was just dark, dark grey. The RGB was 13,15,19

Owl based on that I find it hard to justify your very constant need for colors, that is why I didn't do that huge list of links you gave me recently.

When I have time to be on, I blast through the hex codes and select the one I like the most for that car, those ones I listed recently are for a Vacca I'm planning to get. The other thing I do is get a friend of mine to create the vehicle I intend to own on PC with the colors to help me decide and then I keep the best looking design.

Sorry these lists don't include colors for event/mission placed vehicles. I currently only include vehicles that are naturally spawning or is spawned into the game world through a glitch/script/trainer. Edited May 12, 2016 by JoonasPRKL

Best bet would be to look through which Metallic gives a certain pearl then apply a crew colour over it. Like Zanthera said, Worn Sea Wash Green is (Met)Gasoline Green's pearlescent.

No this is not possible at all on consoles, there had been some people claiming that one of the Metal Golds could have a Crew painted on it but it has been proven to not work.

Looking through the metallic's pearlescents some of them seem to be unobtainable; if I apply the metallic color and head over to the pearlescent option, they come up black meaning they are not normal pearlescents. Anybody know what they are?
