Anyone come up with a good red primer color yet? Worn Red and Worn Dark Red are close but not quite what have in mind. Something more like this:

 

 

Supposedly if you steal a car from a mission it will keep its finish once painted? I'm hoping to make a worn primer red Bucc, I regret not doing that when you could pull them from races. Trying to research this method further but I only think it was discovered recently so there isn't much info.

 

Also if that works then in theory we should be able to make worn crew color Voodoos. That was not possible with the race method.

Interesting, i saw them mentioning something like this on the other thread but i think it only applies to the Secondary color rather than the Primary.

 

Edit: Turns out the same shade was Worn Dark Red was a bit too dark so this might be better #290E0AAA

 

 

Thanks again Zan! I didn't have a chance to look at the first one before you corrected it but it's definitely spot on now. It will look really good in matte I think. Does anyone else like to take the mod process slow and keep cars in matte/primer until they make up their mind on final paint scheme? I wish there were better popular primer colors available in the matte paints for that reason. There really should be about a dozen gray/black and red matte paints to chose from.

 

 

I once made a whole half-joking artsy album out of the Worn Shadow Silver Zentorno I somehow acquired, lol. Here it is:

That one is sort of in a permanent state of primer, even if primer may not be appropriate here!

 

 

That is actually Worn Silver Grey but it definitely looks cool in it! nice to see a Super Car in something other than Neon or Chrome.

I managed to get a dupe of Lenny Avery's Comet from story mode to online.

Have to ask, when you do the Crew over any texture trick on PC can you keep changing the Crew color over the texture over and over? so if you wanted to change this for example would you simply do the trick and then it would stay Worn and have the new RGB over it?

In answer to the post above, no, there has not been a glitch like that for over half a year now, the last one was the Dukes O' Death days back when i started this thread, late March / early April.

Yeah you can keep changing the crew color. First it will look like normal crew texture on it when you change the color,

but after you switch to singleplayer and back to online, it will have the worn texture on it

I managed to get a dupe of Lenny Avery's Comet from story mode to online.

 

REBBER is this still possible through Glitch or did you "hack" it in? TXIt was a glitch several months ago when heists were new. Some other people and I imported many SP-only vehicles, in particular the NPC-custom cars that only show up in SP. I still have a Turismo R (the bright red one), Warrener (the yellow one), Alpha (blue one, but there's another one that appears in this Pea Green color), Pigalle (the red and blue one), this Comet, and a Blade (the blue one).

 

I also had the Go Go Monkey Blista, but that got blacklisted and disappeared.

 

We tried to get the racing stock cars, but they were blacklisted to begin with. They'd get in online but wouldn't save in a garage.

 

And then, of course, was the Duke o' Death, the one that started it all, and I had one of the first ones, imported from my own story mode save.

 

*SIGH*...those were the good days. Before the dark times...before the empire.

It's from a series of Strangers & Freaks missions that Trevor does. The general plot is that there's this guy named Josh whose real estate career was ruined by Lenny Avery. So Josh has you destroy Avery's realty signs and do some other stuff, and it ultimately ends with Trevor chasing Avery down. Avery tries to flee in this Comet.

So Josh has you destroy Avery's realty signs and do some other stuff, and it ultimately ends with Trevor chasing Avery down. Avery tries to flee in this Comet.

You have to be careful becouse when you finish mission and try to replay it, you won't be able to obtain this Comet.

If you do, by stock this Comet has Sport Engine i think?

I don't remember it was like 9months ago when we did SP2MP it from my save.

I was waiting for so long to get this beauty in my garage, the finnally someone had spare time to spend on helping me SP2MP it and then Using gorgeous fire glitch to store it.

I was watching on spectator when glitched it from SP, Arms(?) was the one who stored it first, it had Patriot smoke and silly Low Rider Rims...

Then few days after glitch gets patched... I was so greatful for helping me obtaining it

Selfie after just storing it in garage near airport.

 

 

And here is Go Go Blista as well

Hmm, my Entity with Pea Green 47783C Looks similar to your Casco, the Comet Green colour is completely different..... Perhaps the Lenny Avery Green colour is not 47783C ???

Looks very close but still comet has that unique two colors tone thing in my opinion, and meybe becouse its also RIM COLOR not Utility as Crew colors are??

Take look closely on last screenshot, you see there is diffrence bettwen color, so Comet is not Pea Green.

Look on wheels wheels are Pea Green and match with the color we have RGB already.

And in my opinion Lenny Avery's Comet color is Diffrent than Pea Green, and People saying its Pea Green spreading rumors and myth since 2014.

Colours on the Save Editor are not reliable. A lot of colours are mixed up/wrong.

 

In saying that, it is definitely not Pea Green
