GTA V modding possibility?

I recently replay Grand Theft Auto IV on PC using many textures and vehicles mod,OMG the games is full shiiiitttt lots of of fun:lol:xD and the modding community is very active , just today i use the HVY Insurgent from GTA Online heist and drive that pickup in Liberty city, i also drive the Batman Tumbler wow that car is a beast!!!

 

So how are you planning to play GTA V with mods? Modders already using hex code from GTA V console version and mod them into Grand Theft Auto IV Liberty City,i am sure GTA V will be a new fully mod platform for modders to show'off their crazies modding skills in 14th April, can't wait!!

I'm pretty skeptical about a lot of the modding potential available on the game, especially due to ONLINE. If most of them are just the texture/graphic ones then I'm not at all interested in modding GTA V.

If anything, I'd want more single-player missions, gameplay fixes and improvements, Upgraded and tweaked - AI, Traffic, Peds, Combat, and Wanted system.

Lastly, more, and more, interiors!

 

E: Oh! Forgot to add: Driving and improvements to physics and vehicle damage.
