The Mount Gordo Massacre
April 18th, Saturday @ 9PM PDT//10PM MDT//11PM CDT//12AM (Midnight) EDT//5AM BST//9:30AM IST

Feedback:
Get some f*cking snacks because this is a long one!

I've recently started giving meets that I join personalized names that reflect what happened, may it be a highlight or a theme. This one differs from others as it was one of those meets that you see in police documentaries about serial killers; they look nice but once the police got a search warrant they enter the house and hidden in the far corner is a locked door. After getting the door open, they all gasp and turn away at the smell of dried blood, of rotting corpses and of flies buzzing around the room. This was truly a massacre and the shining star - the hero cop - is no doubt Shake. Again; I'll criticize Shake for not being on top of players as he should but I have to hand it to him on the job he did tonight. Not only did this meet go on for nearly 4 hours, we fought 5 trolls and 3 of those were spies! There was actually some killing spread out as the meet went on so the definition of troll is loosely used here as I couldn't keep "serious" or permanent tabs on those that killed and passed it off as an accident. But towards the end you knew who was a true car meet attendee and who was just here on a whim. The thing with doing a meet this late in the night (midnight, for me) is that you attract the garbage of this forum. Sure, you'll find some nice, unspoiled fruits but for the most part you'll be finding frog legs that have already been digested. No clue why there's a pile of sh*t in a garbage can but you can find it there! And you can bet the pile of sh*t we got tonight had pieces of corn in it.

Shake is a good guy. He posts a lot around, he keeps an eye on the stuff that's worth watching and we're good buddies. Now Shake is somewhat new to meets and he's still on his crutches - he doesn't have his own friends to support him at the moment so he's stuck at the hosting stage of "sign up and hope for the best". First off, Shake, you need to state a mic-only rule. Sure, Troops and Chief don't have mics and are super cool but the ones we had tonight had to be told things over and over again. The issue is that those who did have mics were as stubborn as a fat lady in a Mcdonalds line who feels entitled because she eats there 5 times a week and pushes her way to the counter to get her large soda. Shake, as patient as a master guru, repeated himself and made sure everyone understood...which never happened. Now I'm usually a nice guy and I want everyone to experience the joy of what car meets are but most of the group tonight were complete idiots. If I was on a boat with them and it was sinking, I would of thought that their thick skulls is what caused the crash, not the f*cking huge iceberg that I'm trying to cling on to. I want to thank and express my gratitude for those that weren't idiots; those that stuck around and kept calm. You guys have no idea how much patience can ease a host. Shake got a bad group and those that stood by his side made him keep going, that I can guarantee. If not for you guys, Shake would of probably considered if he keeps hosting or not (at least I would!). So thanks!

I can't criticize Shake as he just had bad luck. He kept up with messages and invites as people came and went - it was crazy! I looked at the playlist once and memorized a few names as the list would change every 10 minutes. I'm sorry but I didn't bother to learn new names or meet new people as I had no clue who was going to stay and who was going to leave. The names I did manage to remember were the following:

DARK DRIFTER 82 blacklisted for killing players and shooting rockets.
*Originally invited by DRG Relic who apologized for DARK's behavior*

SAMBO9868 blacklisted for killing players and shooting rockets.

Akrammohamed222 blacklisted for blowing up vehicles and killing players.

T BaBy828 blacklisted for blowing up vehicles and killing players.

tjthomas22 blacklisted for blowing up vehicles, killing players and being a disrespectful little sh*t. That's a new one just for you.

The names above have been added to my blacklist which can be used by any host that deems it fit for references and to avoid having trouble players enter their meet.

I'll be keeping tabs on the following (use to cross-check if they invite those blacklisted into meets - do not stress if your name is here as I'm simply using it as a reference point):

FarawayEmpress who has Akram, T BaBy & tj as friends.

choppamane225 who has T BaBy & tj as friends - was on the original sign-up list.

LOWK3Y K1LLA who has SAMBO9868 as a friend. Not sure if CT3RR had any roles in this but worthy to note LOWk3Y is also friends with CT3RR.

*Don't think your name should be here? Message me so we can discuss this in private. Public apologies will be made if you are wronged. Do remember that I am being cautious and have my reasons to believe that your motives are not in favor of those of the meet. Also understand that my word, of someone who spends a lot of time hosting/joining car meets, is most likely to be believed than a "this guy is an idiot, I didn't do anything" post. Talk to me first; don't make a fool of yourself.*

I've had many opportunities to see different ways how trolls sabotage meets or events. At this point it's nothing new to me that Akram, T BaBy and tj infiltrated the meet. I will say that I had a feeling about tj - he was loud, annoying and by far the worst attendee I've seen at any meet. He followed zero directions and acted as if he was top billing in everything. So I had my doubts early on. I don't know...I just have a knack for these things. I can feel when someone is hiding something. I will say I was surprised by DARK DRIFTER who just arrived out of nowhere but SAMBO being pulled out of his car only to retaliate was predictable. T BaBy and tj kept whispering to one another like some schoolgirls so I knew they were more than meet buddies as meet buddies stick to the back to not disrupt the group (Outkast and I, for example). I will say I'm surprised and disappointed in Akram - not only did he win a voting category but he followed the host whenever I could see him. I'm sorely disappointed that Akram hangs out with two clowns. Now I usually remove winners of categories that have wronged the meet but I'll keep your winning in, Akram, in hopes that you see what you're missing out on. Such a shame that you take pleasure of following orders from those two kids. You could make a serious name for yourself here.

As for Shake; you now need to set up your own rules. It's a big problem that you can't control when people start inviting others but you can make it easier to attract the players you want by setting up some personalized rules. The best way to fight friend-invites is to quickly check who is friends with the trouble maker and cross-check (check the friends of the trouble maker, etc.) Some meets from my Forza days had co-hosts that would do that. I like to call those "history teachers" that check the background of most players. So you could say I was your history teacher as we quickly nabbed who was with who. I apologize for those that joined who were looking for a good time and I can only hope Shake does another meet to try and satisfy that lust for meets that was wrongfully stolen from us tonight. Keep in mind that you're the host! People join YOUR meet. They follow YOU because you've got balls so big you offer people to jump on them and you take those people on a journey. They don't join a car meet so THEY can be the host! You need to set the tone to everyone that you're the host. People should shut up when you speak. Issue out warnings if need be. Hell, if I'm annoying you should give me a warning. Never set friends higher than randoms as meet attendees are all equal. Of course, you'll trust me if I whip out my gun so I can use the flashlight but you need to try and keep everyone on the same relationship level: we're attendees, you're the host.

While you need to be more assertive (as I keep telling you), there is one thing most hosts lack that you have plenty of; your cool. I was amazed at how chill you were - at the patience you had. I'm speechless, I really am. You know, just because someone does a lot of meets and consider themselves an established host doesn't mean they're better. The magic of meets is that people have to prove themselves and when some guy shows up with a 3 hour meet and keeps his patience through it all and gets thrown trolls his way, no matter who you are, you gotta give that guy a f*cking standing ovation. So Shake, I stand and clap as hard as I can. Don't let this meet get to you - let it grow you stronger. I'm sure you'll look back on this meet and realize that you won a big fight. Anyway, just hoping you understand what you did tonight. It was good.

You guys want to see a troll?
You got it!

Where's my bridge?!
0_0.jpg

I was actually quite happy to see so many amazing cars:
0_0.jpg

And to see so many shirtless and chestless doods:
0_0.jpg

We started some voting - which we did a few times...they didn't always go as smoothly as this one so enjoy while you can!

"Most likely to drive in real life"
Winner: Chief - congrats!
0_0.jpg

"Best of Show"
Winner: ScopingUout51 - congrats!
*may or may not be Scoping pictured below*
0_0.jpg

The plate of the "Best of Show" car - may be saying "Oh Kids" in irony of kids playing GTA V or the number zero, counting how many kids are currently in his trunk:
0_0.jpg

We stopped a few times on the side of the roads for no real reason...
0_0.jpg

And we passed by this spot at least twice:
0_0.jpg

But Outkast didn't mind as a smoke show was keeping him busy!
0_0.jpg

We lined up in a great car meet parking lot:
0_0.jpg

We then found a banana who looks like she wants to kill everyone around her:
0_0.jpg

I find myself enjoying more and more these calm pictures - as if the meet is a photoshoot:
0_0.jpg

The first drag race spot wasn't great:
0_0.jpg

Repairs had to be done so we came back here! Luckily for me I had a great view:
0_0.jpg

We went in the airport for drag racing but we first needed a nice picture. Unfortunately the group we were with had no idea what a straight line looked like:
0_0.jpg

So I waited until everyone left to do my own shoot:
0_0.jpg

A 2Fast2Furious drag race was set up where two cars had to race up to one end of the strip, go around a vehicle (a lowered Guardian in this case) and race back down to the start/finish line:
0_0.jpg

I was lonely for the most part so some nice players showed up and honked at me for 2 minutes which was great:
0_0.jpg

It's as if they were doing this because I was a female character which totally reflects my own sex in real life:
0_0.jpg

Back to racing!
0_0.jpg

Supers were brought out:
0_0.jpg

Yet some sports kept races exciting:
0_0.jpg

I was genuinely excited and commented on good turns and close races:
0_0.jpg

But other races weren't as good:
0_0.jpg

I couldn't see this side - I could only hear them coming:
0_0.jpg

Oh, that's a good one from the Adder if it could straighten itself out quickly!
0_0.jpg

But the Zentorno made short work of turns:
0_0.jpg

My own truck was used and I love it! The Guardian has no real purpose offroad so stick the lowest suspension, put some SUV rims on it and use it as a big object to do drag races around!
0_0.jpg

A helicopter was also used to track the racers - I was hoping the pilot was taking pictures but I feel he was more of a big arrow showing their progress on the track:
0_0.jpg

The turn made by the Zentorno here was amazing and my favorite of them all - he slid in that position and get the gas in as he screeched his tires back down the strip!
0_0.jpg

Here's a random Casco:
0_0.jpg

And back to Zentornos!
0_0.jpg

We had to stop as this guy asked me in marriage and wouldn't leave me alone:
0_0.jpg

We did a lot of stops and I'm not really sure why we stopped here - oh right, we were supposed to vote or something yet the group failed to follow simple directions:
0_0.jpg

We basically parked up, took some pictures and left:
0_0.jpg

Another come-and-go spot but this time with our first real problem player!
0_0.jpg

I was worried about the flairs which could blow up the cars - how wrong I was. Gunshots were heard, a rocket whizzed by my head and I was too busy going into Passive Mode to see what was going on. We luckily made short work of him and booted him out:
0_0.jpg

Check the post below for more kicking, some nice meeting up and then the massacre itself!

So many cool trucks:

A lot of different sizes, too!

I wasn't compensating like the others were, though, I was showing my true self! I've got the little tan truck there on the left:

Strakan brought a prostitute, told us "she's not mine":
0_0.jpg

Here we can see our second trouble player, Sambo, killing Shaken with a shotgun whip - proceeding to blow up/kill anyone he could:
0_0.jpg

It was a costy mistake as Insurgents aren't cheap!
0_0.jpg

We rolled out after solving the problem and I stuck with this group for the most part - MTB & Outkast:
0_0.jpg

Another stop, another failed voting:
0_0.jpg

But it gave me time to get some sweet shots:
0_0.jpg

After driving down the highway with offroad trucks, we finally arrived near Paleto to...drive offroad. What?
0_0.jpg

We had an important thing to do first...
0_0.jpg

RECESS!
0_0.jpg

Now this was some proper offroading!
0_0.jpg

Typical offroad meet where we went up Chiliad:
0_0.jpg

And typical flair moment of igniting a car in flames:
0_0.jpg

Yeah, there wasn't many moments where we didn't see blown up cars:
0_0.jpg

A quick parachute jump eased my mind...just a little:
0_0.jpg

It reminded me of another thing I did not too long ago but with the gray sky now telling us that something bad was about to happen:
0_0.jpg

I was being chased!
0_0.jpg

All I had to do was land on this truck and I failed:
0_0.jpg

I feel there's a "I'll blow myself up seeing you didn't land on me" love story arc here somewhere...
0_0.jpg

Classics/Oldies were brought out and I was digging this ride from Outkast:
0_0.jpg

And then these guys showed up:
0_0.jpg

My love was stolen:
0_0.jpg

There were some really nice cars and they were my favorites from the whole meet:

"I shall call this masterpiece 'What the hell is going on here' ":

So rare to see a Phoenix at meets:
0_0.jpg

Akram winning "Best of Show" for muscle class - come on, dude, straighten yourself out. See what you can achieve by being a serious player:
0_0.jpg

There was a moment where I was in pure awe as Shake said "come on, shoot me" and the guy shot upwards like Hot Fuzz where the guy reenacts Point Break and Shake said, "that's what I thought". So f*cking cool:
0_0.jpg

A cool spot that would be fitting for the muscle cars/truck and not those overly-expensive things:
0_0.jpg

Beautiful eyes:
0_0.jpg

But this man is after my own heart - very photogenic 1940's olympics swimmer Jacques Hoff:
0_0.jpg

The last players only moments before the Mount Gordo massacre:
0_0.jpg

It was a massacre as we did the opposite of the typical car meet kicking (seeing the meet was over), we fought back! I got most, if not, all 3 trolls and here they are running away from us and the cops. We also played Justin Bieber's "Boyfriend" to them...but then we realized we lost as well as we listened to the song.

Feedback: Well... Started out as a great meet! Tons of cars, (full lobby) and everyone was great and cheerful and having a good time. But go on awhile and this recurring theme from a few players kept going on as they would "accidentally" crash into other players. This kept going on until while we all were at the airport a player decides to try and drive a tank over to the airport. Thankfully, tick and I caught him on the map before he went any farther. A player who was on my original list ended up by the end of the night adding 4-5 players who came in and caused nothing but mayhem. This meet was a struggle due to the players who do not listen, care, or completely disregard the directions of the host. There are endless events I could sit here and type about, but I won't make you guys waste your time reading that. Lastly, I will especially thank DiginifiedTick, OutkastRyder, and MTBB47 for their help dealing with the irritable trollers.

With bad always comes some good, lets atleast check some pictures out!

loool goddamnit do I really look like that?! It's super weird to see my cars and myself in other pictures. Was cool to see other point of views and the other end of that drag strip.

Feedback & pics are up. Feedback is long and I should probably cut it down but I've done two big meets today and super tired. Sorry, will probably never be revised. Was a great meet! :)

Why am i giving feedback so late - simply because i was quite upset with the end of the meet. But now that i am a little calm i will pen down my thoughts.

Shake! Dude you are probably one of the "I will stay calm no matter what happens around me!" host. I do not know how you did that but I gotta give you props for your level of patience. Was in splits when you held on to your cojones and called out that guy to shoot you :D And then you pulled away from him in your ride by saying – That’s what I thought! ROFLMAO!

Feedback: It was a nice meet with a lot of nice looking cars. Initially everyone was paying attention and following instructions but then towards the second half of the meet, things just did not go as it was supposed to and the host did his best to keep things in control. Alas all he could do was ask the rotten elements to oblige. I feel the host should have definitely been a little sterner with the crowd but then again it takes 2 hands to clap. People who join the meets are equally responsible in the meet being a good/bad one. I will give props to the host for being patient and calm even when sh*t hit the fan. Minus all the crap, I loved the meet. What I truly liked about the meet is that this was one of those meets where you get to bring a car from a few different classes. It was like a couple of meets within a meet and I enjoyed it. The drag races were fun but I really wished that the host would have given us an order in which we were to race with each other so everyone would get a chance to do a nice clean run. During the entire course of drag races, I did just one. Not that I am complaining but it would have been fun to do a few more runs :)

Well I do hope I can join another of Shakes meets as the scheduled time for the event was just PERFECT for me. Thank you Shake and I would also like to thank Tick and MTBB47 for doing their part to make the hosts life a little better. I know there were others who were there who were paying attention and following instructions but was unable to get their gamertags amongst the chaos that followed. So whoever you guys are, Thank you and keep doing what you guys do! Here’s looking forward to the next car meet Shake! :)

hI shake sorry for not attending last night /morning was sound asleep. Pictures look great :)

sorry u had some trouble, but glad it was sorted its always frustrating to have plans and have them trolled. Don't let it get to you.

I will be making a new copy of the Banned list now as it works great. Recently had a player wanting to come to a meet on the xbox 1, i remembered the GT from the list some 6mths ago, i searched back for the feedback from diff people. Checked up with the info on the list and simply replied with the link. No further words needed. it works well and comes bk around at some point. Usual when the troll has had enough of the general lobby's and like the rest of us, wants something a bit more fulfilling.

Anyhow's will be investing in a new alarm clock for the early morning start time so hope to catch you at the next one :)

How the hell did you manage to get those shots?! Was there a hill or were you in a chopper? Great feedback and pics, Outkast. Bummed that the chaos got to you, though. You got bad luck as you got ran over whenever I glanced your way. A racing schedule and proper order would be preferable but I feel Shake knew the racing wasn't as he planned - he only saw racing as satisfying the more loud-mouthed players and keeping the others interested. I would've done the same in his situation but if Shake gets a good crowd he should definitely set up some brackets.

@Shake: You should do what Steve plans to do: redo/make your own banned list. I started my own list when I had 5 banned players in my first "official" meet. I keep adding names and refer to it whenever I recognize a gamertag that doesn't ring right. Feel free to use my blacklist but I only add players that I've seen act out - I don't ban on word-to-mouth stuff - I need to see it myself. Seeing I don't join all your meets means I can't keep up with bad players in your meets so starting your own list would be a good idea. If you start your list now and the first entry has 5 names on it, you're telling other trouble makers that you don't play around. This game will always have trolls but we can make it harder for them to disrupt our events. We need to call those bad players out. The car meet/event community can't grow if we don't keep tabs on those players. We'll lock them out of the good meets and they'll realize how much of their own time they're wasting.

Does anyone want to have a meet for some fun?

There currently is no meet/event planned as of now. I suggest looking in the Find A Meetup section instead of posting in here.

I went ahead and edit my post a bit as I was too tired to edit it last night. Just removed some useless advice and added some more positive words. Overall post is still the same.

loool goddamnit do I really look like that?!

lol  , you look like your mad at him for taking a pic without you knowing.

Bit late but better than never lol First up i had a great time, for me trolls are part of it and i've only been to about ten meets in total. Its just inevitable really. Tick and Steve both have a black list and im sure you will to Shake, and those definitely help but people cant help but add friends they probably think they can trust. I really enjoyed bringing a different range of cars out and checking out everyone's choice of style. Saw some of the nicest cars ive seen on GTA tasteful mods (for most anyway)

I dont normally do a big right up but i noted a few things while looking at the pictures. Great photos at the drags tick (well all the photos are good full stop) you got some cool action shots i had some really close races but need to work on my launch :-) There is a great shot of my Turismo and a Zentoro that i really like. The voting or lack of it was ok, we still got to see a few cars we wouldn't have normally and that's the main thing really. Shake you did manage it really well, you want to be a fair host. The only meet i have been to and not enjoyed the host was a douche bag with the way he was talking to everyone in the lobby, so its a fine line but i think you did well.

It was great cruising with you and Tick, Outkast, im starting to get to know a few of you know and that really makes things alot more fun. The race to Chiliad was a good laugh for me and tick, i think he drowned his Kalahari so i picked him up. The race was set and off we went, i don't know what really happened weather we had a different route to everyone else or we jumped the start but i thought we were so far behind but we got to the top and everyone was still down the bottom. Gave us a chance to take some photos anyway. I managed to notice the burning car at the top just in time and backed up far enough to keep clear of the carnage where everyone's trucks went up in a blaze.

It was definitely a shame about Akram, people just ditched what car they were on and flocked to his car when he showed up at Paleto bay. And yes i too must mention the "Come on then, shoot me. Yea that's what i thought" moment. That was just pure class, so bloody funny!!! Best comment of the meet. There are also some really cool photos at the old boat yard, it is a shame about those dead ugly Ztypes ruining them though. And Yes i do like my 1940's beach gear. You never know when you need to be packed and ready for a swim.

The end yea it got messy, i couldn't help but retaliate. My car got blown up, and i was quiet proud of my shooting to be honest. I had the 3 of em dead within 10 seconds, im sure i had help but i got the lucky shot on em all as i saw pop up on the feed before i popped to the pause menu to kick tbaby. What an annoying sounding little so and so, revenge was sweet. Bugging them in passive mode then owning them in a fire fight was great. I had a mate turn up so had to bail but it was probably good timing. Also i enjoyed Tick asking to speak to tbaby's parents (aswell as the other polite banter between the groups lol) after we got invited to their party. No problem to help dealing with the trolls Shake, anything i can do. If everyone has a good time i have a better time too :-)

Anyway thanks shake, i will definitely join again. A few pics i got, i need to remember to take more.

If the guy on the left wasn't there, this would be one of my favorite shots of the whole meet. :cookie:

We can all agree that the "come on, shoot me - yeah that's what I thought" moment was up there on the highlight reel. MT, always a blast to ride with you! I'm glad my safari truck drowned as I had tons of fun in the passenger seat - I seriously thought we were dead last but we arrived first! My favorite part that includes you is when I hopped in your truck and right under the Canyon train bridge we flipped on our right side, almost sliding over the edge with you and I going, "Aaaaaaah!!!" and then you calmly saying, "well that was close". Fighting the trolls at the end was fun and a change of pace from the "don't fight - just kick" host mentality that I have. I'm also very tolerant in terms of car tastes - if someone brought a chrome Adder to my meet with dollar sign rims I would allow it because it's their taste but to see those 3 Z-types, which weren't muscle cars in any way (even if the game might say they are), was a right f*ck you to the category. The other cars looked amazing and those that brought the right type of vehicle had great taste.

I love seeing pictures still being added. Pictures are my favorite part of meets so it's always a pleasure to view those. MT, you really do need to remember to take more as you've got some great angles. That's the thing; I tell people "oh, here's a good spot for pics" and I line up all the cars as I see fit (bit of a control freak, I guess) but MT's got angles I would of never thought of (like the one I kept above). So seeing different point of views and "photographic tastes" always makes me smile.

@crow: I do remember seeing your name in the lobby but I seriously can't remember talking directly to you. I'm bummed I couldn't of met you or others due to the chaos of in-and-out players and loud players on the side. Would love to meet you properly in the next meet!

You have picked my favorite picture too, as soon as i saw that guy in it, i thought dam it would have been perfect if he wasn't there. I don't know how i didn't see it when i took it, that's the sort of thing i look to avoid, that and power poles etc, but it was so hard to get photos with nobody in them so im happy enough :) My Tornado was reasonably stock looking, it was one of the first cars i stole and i havnt been able to bring myself to sell it, i was going to quickly pop into LSC in paleto and give it a new set of wheels and paint but we moved on to photos and voting so i just left it as is. I like it though.

I was really going for gold going up Chiliad, but had no exception on arriving first cause as Tick said we had a big tumble at the start and "it was very close" It helps that i have a custom race i have solo'd many times with the exact route we ended up taking, normally i just cruise up but knowing the foot track helped in this case :-)

I knew i shouldn't have been retaliating when the first troll's arrived at the pier car park, in fact i heard either Tick or Shake say "please don't fight back just kick em", but id already done that as soon as the first car blew i voted to kick and while everybody else was pausing to do the same i couldn't help it and got a few kills on the b*stard. Protecting the group's K/d ratio's is how im going to justify it :-P

Pics are by far the best part (2nd to the meet itself) and hearing what everyone has to say. I like to think i have a reasonable sense of how to frame a photo in real life so i do enjoy trying to get good angles and photos that tell a story in game too. I will now remember to get more photos at meets as i really enjoy looking through all the photos for pics of me and my cars and just generally laughing at stuff that happened, so i will make sure i can give the same to others by taking more :-)

@MT: You can actually use telephone poles as nice frames by getting a zoom in of the pole and hiding part of a car or such. The worst is people in pictures. You can only get nice pics with people in them when you're taking winners of a voting category or when taking group pictures/the first meet spot. I like to think I take nice pics in GTA but in real life I'm complete sh*t. If only I had a helicopter like I do in GTA... Also, keep that Tornado! I don't remember what my first car was but when I saw a Phoenix for the first time I chased it down and stole it. I still have it (now a Vice City replica in my GTA replica museum-garage that I rarely go into as it's pretty much storage). Plus, that Tornado looks great! I was hoping GTA would have me rob stores for money so I can put new rims on it. Turns out the rims cost $60,000 chrome and a turbo more than my real life car. The economy is so f*cked. GTA needs poorer players but cheaper options. I would love to have my mirror missing until I pay for a new one. But then again the car meets would be filled with scratched up cars. :p

@Shake: HICK STUFF?! MY GODDAMN FAVORITE! SIGN ME UP, BOY!

*edit*
Added timezones in my agenda if you want the times. I'm not sure if your time slot for meets is going to attract more trouble makers but I know that Outkast loves joining as its the only meets where he doesn't HAVE to wake up to attend. So I'm super happy about that. We'll just have to see if midnight (EST) is a good slot. ;)

I will do some more experimenting with photos. Yea i definitely will keep the Tornado, it my get a few tweaks here and there like something other than standard wheels but it will always stay true to the form its in now. I like the color, might put a simply pearl over it but will have to see how it looks before i decide on that. I like clean and simple cars. Nothing overstated. Its completely modded under the hood but visually i leave cars to their natural form with subtle touches to bring out the cars lines

4pm My time Sunday :-) Count me in Shake. Hick style, i like.

Yeah I realize the time is sometimes a burden.. Just all I can make work at this point in time. In the near future I will be able to do better times!

Ya can never please everyone, i know that im in one of the worst locations for online meets so i just accept that. Im sure most other people are of the same opinion. As long as ya change it up every now and then it keeps everyone around :-) This one and the last ones are perfect for me though :-)

@MT: Totally forgot to add NZST. Added it to all meets in my thread if you wanna have a look.

@Shake: I usually post times when the meet is posted. I got a simple formula where PDT, MDT, CDT & EDT all have +1 hour difference (in that order). Then BST is +5 of EDT. IST is +9 from EDT (or +4 from BST). NZST is +16 from EDT. I set up the timezones so they go from earliest to latest (seeing IST and NZST is on the next date/tomorrow of when the meet is held. I should really use a time converter (WorldTimeBuddy is amazing) but I just go from times posted of other meets and apply to the times I want to convert. Helps me remember the time differences. So it would look like this:

9:15PM PDT//10:15PM MDT//11:15PM CDT//12:15AM EDT//5:15AM BST//9:45AM IST//4:15PM NZST

@MTBB67 - Wow you really did click some sweet shots. I feel inspired to click more pictures and I intend to at the up coming meet.

@Tick - I am glad you liked the pictures Tick. Infact I like the shots you took of the drag racing part of the meet.

Each picture tells and gives everyone a different story and perspective of the meet. Hopefully this up coming meet will have much more.
