Hello to everyone.

Im here because i want to know how to change a sound in a game of PSX....

I was looking about it ... and i know just this:

The sound are in a archive called "a.vfs", the sound have the extension ".XA"

But i cant replace it with any program... i tried with "psound" and "jpsxdec"... but it just extracts the files... dont replace nothing...

So if you know a program to replace archives with the extension .XA... write in a comment.

Tools to actually replace .xa sound files are relatively thin on the ground compared to extraction of them, however I think this tool fits the description of what you're looking for.

Nice man that is a good one ut the .xa files is inside the archive called "a.vfs" and when i try to open it... a message appears "fThere is no sound in this file".

So i must find now a program to extract the .xa inside the "a.vfs" :O

EDIT:

I found programs to open the a.vfs but that need the next archive "TriggerVFS.dll." so now i will search that :3

EDIT 2

i get that .dll but i have a new problem

t is possible that the module " TriggerVFS.dll " not compatible with the version of Windows running . Check if the module is compatible with a version x86 ( 32 bit) or x64 ( 64 -bit) regsvr32.exe "

So I went to see " my computer " to see what kind of OS use .. if 32,64 or something like that and I have ... "System Type : 64 bits" .

Now... how can I check this .dll is compatible with my pc?
