I kinda agree with this. XB1 and PS4 places are filled but nobody reads the OP to find any people they could play with and just wait forever to be recruited.

Seriously though. Look around the op for people who you would want to play with and message them. You have a bigger chance of getting a decent crew going then.

Thats because everyone wants to get in a group that already has 3 people so its not much effort to find a last one. And if you pick 3 people out of the list its not guaranteed that they can help at the same time. I'm just searching for 3 good people that know what they do and I cant get that from the list above because the rank is by far NOT equal with your skills so thats the major problem.
