Looking for a racetrack creator

I have an idea for a racetrack creator. I don't know how to make cleo scripts, I was looking for a script to make racetrack, race mision, but I didn't find a descent one.

 

The idea is simple:

1.- In game, type a word(i.e. "create") to start the creator.

2.- It shows a list of vehicles, pick one.

3.- Move to the start place you want, save it with a letter(i.e. "M"), and it shows the red start mark over the road.

4.- Move to the first checkpoint you want, save it (with "M"), and it shows a red checkpoint.

5.- Again, move and save, and so on.

6.- When finish, press another letter (i.e. "N") and it shows a message like: "you're racetrack have been created"

7.- Save the checkpoints coordinates and car data in a file.

 

8.- Type a word (i.e. "race") and open a list of saved racetracks, pick one

9.- It shows the chosen vehicle, but I can change it, and also change the default number of vehicles(i.e. 4), like N-races do it.

 

So. What do you think of this idea. Can it be made or is it created already?
