Oh, sorry, I didn't know that it was entirely necessary to have 4 people with every f*cking weapon in the game and thus low levels have absolutely no place in heists. I could do all of them without rockets or miniguns or the grenade launcher but they help which is what I've said all along. You're an idiot if you think the heists are not possible without those things. I also never said I was "bailed out" by anybody. But have fun on that one. You're obviously ignorant on the matter and have little to no experience with what you actually need to be able to complete the heists.

I disagree. I don't think a REAL level 12 can handle it....but one of my crewmates was only level 30 something and we've finished the heist finale several times. In fact, he's almost level 60 now...and that's mainly because of all the RP he gets from heists. He certainly doesn't play missions.

If you don't know how to play by level 30 or so, you're doing it wrong.

 

This is what people don't get. Like really. I see people f*ck up even worse at high levels than low levels. Oh, I have rockets and we need to recover something? I BETTER BLOW EVERYTHING THE f*ck UP. The objective has been destroyed. Low levels might f*ck up, but high levels do even stupider things. Some of them even think they're god mode and rush in and die from that because they're too cocky too.

 

But really, level doesn't mean much of anything for the game, it isn't a test of skill to get that high, and someone's skill/brain is all that matters. I've had high levels who had mics (which people seem to think makes them smarter because they have one) who would not f*cking listen and would do idiotic things because "I don't know" or "it seemed like a good idea"

I'm 53 and most of the time I hit the platinum rank at the end. I've found a good deal of higher ranked people die a crap ton, probably because they farmed 1 mission over and over. Good luck kicking anyone under 75 on random lobby's to get a heist going, you'll be there for weeks trying to get a full lobby... of rank farmers.

Rank 12 is not ready. Again, a PLAYER with a rank 12 CHARACTER might be skilled enought to ace it, but that CHARACTER just stepped off of the plane... ie: hasn't earned the right, because IT hasn't proven itself in Los Santos.

If it was completely to your character, Rockstar wouldn't have f*cking designed them to unlock at 12. I think some of you people have these ideas and want to impose them on Rockstar. In essence, you lot will complain about them taking things away but you are saying how you want them to take the heists away from a lot of people. But seriously, it's obviously thrown in there as a reference, not meant to be a serious story thing...

Played prison break today and a level 11 was demolition. He didn't understand how to hijack the bus, had no idea where to go. Couldn't shoot down a single plane/helicopter. Complete waste of time. I am really disappointed they let basically anyone join a heist.

I agree that hosting a heist should be unlocked at a way higher level, and as a high level, I even feel insulted that it unlocks at level 12... Alright, you can join a set-up at any level, but only host one if you're at least Lv50, that's how it should've been. I mean it's harder to obtain a f*cking Carbine Rifle with suppressor than to set up a bank job? It doesn't make sense at all. (You don't even have an SMG at Lv 12)

People aren't tempted to play the actual game, before being able to make the big dough, there's nothing to look forward to. The spoiled (low-Lv) brats just playing heists nowadays and can obtain their monstrous pink Adder within days. You know that's not fair when you played the game since launch, we used to work our asses off for our sh*t! (Remember farming Rooftop Rumble? Yeah that's what I'm talking about)

 

I understand that, from a commercial point of view, R* decided to make heists available at a low level, so people will be tempted to come back to, or buy the game. But R* will never reward their true fans, the people who have played their game for 1,5 years. All we get is a f*cking Dodo plane, but even to obtain that, we have to buy the game anew.

People overestimate high levels too much. Just today I had my entire team redo the Station setup 15 times because I died before I reached the Caso 12 times, then crashed and burned 3 times.

I've been doing all the heists on my level 50 and 60 characters. My lvl 370 and 100 haven't even had a try at them yet. They are pretty easy really, probably hard on a lvl 12 but by the time you are at 50 you have plenty enough health to complete them without being quite as invincible as a high lvl character is. I've avoided the lasers as pilot on my lvl 50 without the buzzard arriving for ages. You just use the mountain range as blockers.

GRRR I played prison break with randoms and I was pilot. The Randoms were quite low lvl (20-40) Everyone did their job pretty well expect prison officer. He got killed by the cops in the prison wasting our team life. Then he died when parachuting and f*cked the heist for all of us. I quit

I've seen people in the mid 30s heist combat better than people in the 100s range. heck,one time I did rooftop rumble with 2 randoms.one guy was 74 and the other guy was 1,110. idk if his number was legit or not but he was one LAZY f*k! me and the 74 went to clear or the building and this high level slob goes and gets a frogger helicopter.the 74 level died and I drive and follow the document guy and I just toss a sticky on his car and blew him up right as the lazy high level was above us. he the high level drove a rusted pink emporer which I shall never forget.

I have seen players at rank 120+ who can't drive, shoot, fly or any of the basic skills.

 

I've seen players that high who have stats at the base level for the game.

 

Two weeks ago I was in a five man team that just kept doing missions. I was a hundred ranks above all of them and they were an excellent team to play with.
