I'm also going to make some researches for PSP and DS versions later, so maybe we'll have tools for these platforms too. Left it hanging for some while and might just have it still. Few bugs to fix and I might be able to put everything together with help from this tool! Will post some pics of the engine later. Didn't work on a tool for months, have no idea about its future, so I decided to document basic things about CTW file formats on the wiki. More info can be found here. To convert to another gta you need to attach those models in a single one, then split in bigger pieces.
