Dankton9
How does this thing compare to Kuruma? I seem to have sold mine and was gonna buy a new one but I prefer the look of DoD
oska75
It's quicker and can take one sticky/rpg blast similar to armoured cars. You can only shoot out of the front though.
RideEmOut2
lmao you take yourself too seriously. People only want the dod online because some people glitched it into their garages? Come on man, don't be silly, please. lol I take myself to seriously and you put words in people's mouth yada yada yada it wasn't meant to be that serious and this isn't either I don't like arguing so meh. I simply mentioned we took it alittle farther than " rockstar can we please have this please" yea everyone wanted it we just took it. Who wouldn't be excited over getting the attention of one of your favorite game devs and multiple videos made over some bullsh*t you and your friends did one night online? Again not on my high horse here I didn't do anything that someone else wouldn't have I was just excited to be there.

KingBen
Question about the DoD Is it like the regular Dukes in terms of color choices? For example: If I were to make the secondary color chrome would it only make the grill and window linings chrome? Or does it also make the armored panels chrome too like the Kuruma? It's the same as the standard Dukes in a way. - No window linings, but it does color the exhausts, hood intake and front grill. Armored panels are the same color as the primary. Mr_Pool
Think people are slightly overhyping the DoD. After the first 24 hours of using it, it'll be back to normal. Though for me personally, I love having a big car collection so of course ill be buying it regardless Totally agree I personally love collecting cars I'll use it here and there, but it is completely over hyped. But since this car can push other cars almost as good as a Insurgent, I can see it being a problem in Muscle car races, if the driver is going to be a dick and block the road. HeavyDuke
I'll be using this car probably 90% of the time. I just wish it had wider rear wheels. It has pretty wide wheels compared to must non-super cars. As long as you don't change the stock rims. They seem as 245 wide tires. In compareson about as wide as i have on my WS6 trans am. A little wider would look nice on the Duke, that i agree on. Which is why mine will soon be swapped out with 265 wide tires which i have laying around ready to be mounted. But for what it is, its pretty sweet. For classic muscle cars i would even say its pretty damn wide to be honest. 225's where wide back in those days, and yes 195/225 mm wide tires is how wide the stock tires where on these Chargers back in the day and the Duke seems to have 245 wide tires. At least thats what it looks like to me. Drag tires are whole different story though. They have always been nice fat and juicy. Love em. ExtremeTorque
Is it as bulletproof as the kuruma is?Or expect to be annihilated driving by?
Retro Flutter
Is it as bulletproof as the kuruma is?Or expect to be annihilated driving by? it's pretty armoured...the only way bullets can really get in is the front bit that's not covered....and if someone is lucky enough to get a shot between the louvers on the side windows. It's got more pushing force than the Karuma. and it'll take one more RPG/stickybomb vs the Karuma.

They're way too thin for my liking, unfortunately that promo art lies as to the thickness of the rear tires, they're as thick as the standard Dukes. The rear tires, at least, should be as wide as the Nightshades rear tires, nice and fat.

HeavyDuke
22 hrs baby... Until my PS+ expires ... Not going to renew it? Not sure to be honest. I won't have much time to play this upcoming month to begin with. I need to finish my WS6 because i want it to be ready ASAP. I want to be able to drive it before summer ends and need to wrap up the paint prepping. Also i think i'll start the engine for the first time by the end of this month. Got a nice big 5kg co2 fire extinguisher at hand just in case. But nothing should go wrong. The thing is, I've rebuilt the entire car from top to bottom. Now i'm going to drive it however only during sunny summer days. So i only have like 3 months that i will be able to drive it. Playing games right now in the spare time i have is throwing away time i could spend driving my car this summer. I'm roaming the forum right now while looking on Ebay for some parts. Only played GTA a hand full of times lately. And once you start, its pretty time consuming hehe.. Still need to change some wiring but that shouldn't be much of a problem. your trans am looks really nice man, makes me want to buy a classic muscle car right about now.. Thanks man. RollsReus1959
I already got this car from 2 weeks ago. Everyone on PC practically owns one. Modders have found a way to spawn this thing and you can keep it if you know how to do it. I own one.A modder also spawned a regular Duke that I can't purchase because I'm not a returning player but I drove it in LSC and kept it too. Unfortunately it got destroyed and MOrs wouldn't pick up their phone to to replace it.My Duke of Death has been ok for the last two weeks. The car is a beast. Drives differently than the normal version. It's better.Maybe on par with Kuruma since it can take one explosion but it doesn't handle like a Kuruma. Hope it comes though...
