I just practiced it and I can teleport after I wait 3 minutes.. teleport is only for faster process, because you shouldnt interact to any vehicle from your bunker until you get to the van in the dock because the right d pad will appear to that vehicle. technically you can walk on foot if you want. You can only enter the bunker with tracked Personal Vehicles. Still... might be possible to use the same glitch as consoles as long as the MOC has no vehicle inside prior to starting the exploit (otherwise the save file reverts to whatever was stored in there after you switch sessions or leave GtaOnline) Keep in mind that the game still might get softlocked even if get it stored. The game will hardcode cloudsave whatever street car is in there. The key to storing cars on PC is that you cannot replace or use any stored vehicles for glitches, since the way the garage save file works it reverts/merges upgrades afterwards if the the glitched car is not "fresh". EDIT: Found out you can still teleport to any job on the docks on PC by starting it from the map and then pressing alt+F4 (not a joke) as it loads in and it should give you a prompt. If you stay on the "Leave GtaOnline" screen for maybe a minute and back out you will teleport towards the job location. I'm currently trying to solo store a Party Bus using this method, I'll update if I'm successful. In that black duration, you need click r dpad in somewhere middle of the black, not beginning, or end. I practiced it solo 10 attempts, 7 is pause menu still there, 3 the menu successfully gone. Just tested using a few workarounds and managed to solo store a Party Bus that stuck after logging out/switching sessions. I highly encourage setting V-sync on "Half" so you will get an easier timing on getting glitched inside the bunker. Now I just need to follow the same steps with a partner holding a Lost Slamvan spawn.
