Specifically Futo enthusiasts??

I'm game for any meet or cash grinding or racing whatever just looking to play

More luck looking in the Event section. As for Futo-based meets? You're in luck:

Not sure when they'll be having another meet but seeing pictures were posted 18 hours ago as of posting this, the next meet could be in a few days. Enough time to get your Futo ready and all. They seem to know a lot about the Futo and enjoying the car. You should post in there asking when the next meet is with your info (gamertag, if you have a mic and, if willing, a bit of info about yourself or what you like to do in GTA V). Not necessary for the thread but generally helps getting you in meets if there's a number restriction/usual players spots, etc. ;)
