That would be a waste of money and would completely ruin any challenge to the game. I do the same In regards buying ammo , and yeah if was ammo alone it wouldn't be an issue , but I had a brilliant 2 hour long battle with someone I'd never met before (pretty good friends now) and it finished with him beating me 50 kills to 49 ,I'm level 293 he's a bit below ,and I'd say 95% of the time who ever shot the other was either killed by police or payed Lester to remove wanted , so if you lost 500 each time you die ,I know it's less sometimes but it's still a remarkable amount you lose , my stats say deaths by other players 21,000 (29,000) kills btw lol , I dread to think what that's cost me over the last 15 months Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I guess they did this to keep the setup missions and finales flowing at a steady pace so it wouldn't deter from the experience. I mean how many times have you been downed from pesky shotgun/automatic rifle npcs rolling around on the floor that you thought you killed from emptying a clip on them? They've always been annoying pieces of sh*t on contact missions. More so in free-aim. Maybe they wanted to avoid this because of the more focused element of co-op in the missions. Less worrying about checking the bodies, more attention on the task at hand.. A good example is The Prison Heist: Everyone needs to keep up the pace. Especially the prison guard and prisoner. Not for nothing.. But players who use Rockets or Stickys or Grenades ASAP annoy me. Its not needed and simply ruins the fun of the actual shoot out. I even made a video testing it out in free roam vs contact missions. Hence i don't pull out my OP weapons unless im dealing with OP vehicles that need to be dealt with. Im not about to waste rockets when i can simply shoot them with an actual gun. I like shoot outs...not explosive fests.
