Some Glitches after the Heists Update [PS3]

Here are some things that appeared within the Heists Update that aren't making me very happy about It.

 

1. A bunch of signs spawning at the Eclipse Towers apartment. The game lags a lot.

 

2. Are the Jet cannons weaker? Before this update, I would just shoot down a player in a fighter jet with a couple of shots, now, when i shoot at them, they don't appear to be damaged at all. Land targets are just fine, but air targets for me are a pain in the ass.

 

3. Characters appearance being changed. My character is fine now, but before some patches, It changed from an asian to a caucasian. I've also noticed my friends are different.

For some reason when I joined Satellite Communications some players were in that GMOD pose at the start location on last gen. Went away when they started moving.
