Constant no saving online

Please can someone help. Got a brand new ps4 and downloaded gta 5 of ps store. I get constant saving failed cannot connect to cloud servers. I've tried as many things as rockstar suggests. I'm not too clued up on how to open ports but I tried. I'm using bt home hub 3 with fibre optic wireless. Download speed 16.4 upload 5.7 and I'm getting nat type 2. I have initialsed the ps4 and redownloaded and still the same. Not once has it connected to cloud, my other ps4 was fine.

I havnt even started heists yet. Well started 1st one. But it didn't save so lost everything again.

Hello.

This section is for help in regards to the forum section of GTANET, not for GTA Online in-game problems.

You'd be best off asking Rockstar support here and hoping for the best.

 

However, in regards to your particular problem, the one thing I could recommend is to wait it out a while, sometimes the servers lose connection but eventually save after a while.
