Octane
On the Fleeca Job Heist, the drillers job requires drilling into the safe, please tell me how this is going to work on PC since there is no pressure sensitivity on Keyboards,
monk70
We will see in 16 days. I think color change of borer in enough. If its red, then stop drilling. Edited March 29, 2015 by monk70

Octane
Mouse? Yes but how? Will you move the mouse wheel up and down? Move the mouse? Press a key, that's what I wonder.
Little Red Nurgling
I'd assume that imitating pressure on a KB&M involves keeping your hand on a key until it's at the desired pressure, letting go when it's too much, and pressing it down again when it's too little, much in the same way that in a vehicle, maintaining cruise control at a low speed involves tapping the W key intermittently. I'm not sure how the drilling minigame works since I've never played GTA V before, and will probably never get to play the heists (unless, by some miracle, a modder converts them to SP), but I kinda get what "pressure sensitivity" implies since I have a controller, albeit I rarely use it. cdgl
Like bowling, you move the mouse to the north, not too fast, then u lift the mouse and put it back and restart moving it to the north or perhaps just press the button, release and repeat ChrisPerry2
MajorVienna
There are 2 things requiring sensitive pressure input though, the mouse could only cover one of those. Currently when riding a motorcycle on PC, we tap forwards/backwards repeatedly to lean forward/back so it'll probably be that for drill push & use mouse for drill power. Razed-
I hope someone makes a mod so we can connect a PS4 controller to our PC to make the police lights flash on the PC version. They can maybe add the vibration function as well.

ThunderBanana
GTA IV for the PC did, when you played it with an X360 controller. Pressure sensitive, vibration, etc., so it's pretty safe that GTA V PC will support it as well.

Ash_735
See, luckily here at PC Gaming, we have the options of using what we like, we can do this with a controller, or I;m sure Rockstar will also provide adequate superior Mouse & Keyboard controls for this kind of thing, similar to how they did with Grand Theft Auto IV. Koger
Buy an xbox360 controller. Plug it in. Problem solved. Xbox360 controllers are quite overpriced and with that money I could easily buy 4 extra GB of RAM or even a new HDD. There are lots of cheaper controllers that'll work just as good. Not to mention that I don't really like the Xbox controller. Dualshock 3 and 4 are more my way.

It limits your range of movements significantly. Sure you'll have much more precise aim in shooting situations. But your driving, flying, walking, running, sneaking, all this stuff will be affected by your lack of ability to move variably. Controller = win when it comes to a game like GTAV. Max payne 3 on the otherhand is entirely about shooting and mouse/keyboard is king for that game.
