How to counter post heist killing

How do i stop people killing me when we finish a setup and all spawn in free roam, even with 3 mates someone still kills everyone "incase they got attacked" i never spawn in passive and die everytime my, even after one time we spawned in the strip club some kid kills the other 2 and kills me with a rpg whilst i was still in the stripclub, i couldnt even fight back....

Can R* make it so i either spawn in the heist leaders appt, my own appt, in passive mode, or a solo session, or give me 10-15 seconds to get in my car and go....

I did that like 2 hours ago after completing the Fleeca Bank job.

 

First it took him over 3 minutes to determine who should be the driller, then an additional 1½ to choose out outfit.

 

Aaand he made the bank cashier alert the authorities.

 

After our beer of victory, justice was served.

Helping a friend today random that joined rank 16 killed me after and it didn't end well for them.

I leave the session as soon as I spawn in. Learned my lesson after my very first Prison - Plane setup.

 

We all spawned at LSIA and like a naive fool I jumped into my Exemplar and honked for the other three. One got in, second guy stickied the car. I was so peturbed by this that I had to spawn kill him and his idiot rank 38 friend out of the session to make myself feel better.

 

They were the worst fighters ever. That sucker-punch sticky was the only kill they got. Typical randoms...

 

But yeah, since then I'm gone instantly and won't accept a second invite from that host. Randoms have only ever been psychotically hostile to me, so I feel no need to even treat them like fellow humans.

It's the latest in a long line of bitch moves. Bitches will be bitches so either go passive before the heist or be quick with a shotgun. I've had it happen only once (ironically a friend of a friend) and that was the last.

I have never been killed post heist, I usually run to my bulletproof vehicle just in case though.
