Question about license plates

Could someone explain how they work now?

 

I have 3 custom plates but they won't show up when I enter LS Customs, which forces me to apply them to cars through the iFruit app which is a pain.

 

Is this intentional or a bug?

I believe it is a bug, just after the heists update it was working fine, you could see all the plates you own through the game without having to force them to appear via iFruit.

Ah, ok. Thanks.

 

I hope they fix that soon, it's really annoying having to load up the app for all 30 of my cars every time I feel like changing plates...
