Question about downgrading garage

Hey all.

 

Been thinking about buying one of the apartments with a 6 car garage, I like the look of them inside and out. My question involves the downgrading of the garage size. I have 30 cars, and as I understand a downgrade would put 4 of the 10 from that apartment into storage. Do we choose which go into storage? Can we rotate them in and out as we please? For example if I trade in say, my third garage, is it simply the last 4 go into storage, and if so, can I use the blue circle to switch them in and out of storage once I have the 6 car garage?

All 10 vehicles will still be able to be used when downgrading but only the vehicles in car slots 1-6 will physically show in the garage

 

the extra 4 must be called by the mechanic

Yeah I know that much, but as far as rearranging them once they're in storage, can you just go into the blue marker or are you just stuck with the 4 you put in storage?

You cant rearrange the 4 in storage. You can't do anything with the 4 in storage till you get a bigger apartment I'm pretty sure.
