GTA IV has a driving that feels very nice to me, if only they re added it to VI with a few changes so the car doesn't slide too much or bounces like crazy it would be awesome

 

but I also like the driving in V because even though most cars feel the same, the cars are so pretty and modifiable that I don't even mind at all, besides driving on dirt roads with a luxury sedan never gets old.
