Lester Never Called

My friend never got a call from lester to start the fleeca heist. Is there anything they can do?

If so then Lester knows he's a liability and he's avoiding him.

As other people have said, he has to be at least rank 12 and own a high-end ($200,000+) apartment. If he meets both of those requirements, then he should get a text or two from Lester, then the call from Lester, and then a "L" blip will appear on the map where Lester's warehouse is after the call ends.

Is it possible that he declined Lester's call without realizing it, and the game marked the L on his map anyway?
