pSamson
The game says that I am near to exceeding the performance of my graphics card or something like that. I have 2gb of vram and it says I have 4gb in game and that I am 749/3939mb. Is there a way I could possibly fix this?
Red Hat
Create a text file named ‘commandline.txt’ in the directory of GTA IV and copy/paste the following in it, and save the file. -norestrictions -nomemrestrict
CheckSix
Kevin, could you possibly elaborate a bit further? What program should I use to write the above commands? Do I paste it in the game folder, or inside one of the folders in the game? I'm having the same problem, using 200MB out of 3000MB, and it wants to window the game and run it at 800x600. I can run GTA V at 60+FPS with maximum settings. I'm running a Gigabyte Nvidia 3GB GTX780 PCI Express card, Kingston 16GB DDR3 1600 RAM, INTEL i7 4770 3.40GHz/3.90GHz CPU displayed on a Benq XL2420Z monitor. Red Hat
Use notepad to make the file Go to the directory of GTA IV --> Right-click --> Hover on top of "New" --> Click on "New Text Document" Copy/paste the codes I posted on the above post, save the file and when you save it, name it as "commandline.txt" (without quotes).
