Replaying Heists?

Is there a way to load a heist you've already played? I'm trying to do the fleeca heist with someone who hasn't gotten a call, but I can't figure out how to load it..

If you haven't got a running heist, phone Lester and he should allow you to reply a previous heist. I don't know if you pick which one or if its random though

If you've completed the heist (as a leader i think) you can call lester to SELECT a heist to replay...if you are currently playing a heist, call lester to cancel it and then call him again to replay a heist. you will lose the setup fee though.

I've completed all of them and when I want to replay one I just go to my planing room and then it allows me to simply choose the one id like to replay.
