it won't hit me, it will hit you when I end the heist because you been too cheap. I won't touch a final heist for 15%, 20% or you can take the heist and shove it. Be fair.

You end your post with be fair yet the body of your post screams do what I say or I'm taking my ball and going home.

 

15% is more than fair if you just do the heist or the heist and one or two set up missions.

 

I do like how so many people on here are willing to waste 30 minutes or more of their life to fail a heist on purpose over 5% of the final take. Must suck to have such a sh*tty life that a small amount of virtual money is worth more than your time.

I help plenty of people do setups and don't do the final heist, so do others who just play to have fun. In the end it balances out, you finally get to a heist and I expect to be paid fair for wasting an hour of my time to help you or others do the heist which also accounts for the many failures, disconnects or the heist leader simply leaving and you get squat. You not doing me any favours and if you think you are, you delusional. Your money means nothing to me, but my time does.

 

For my heists I either give 25/25/25/25 or typically 40/20/20/20 even if a random just joined.

 

As I said, take your 15% and shove it.

If money means nothing but your time does why are you willing to waste your time over 5% of something that doesn't matter? That makes no sense whatsoever.

 

I'm not worried about money but do care about my time so 10-15% is fine if I just joined for the heist.

Could also be argued that those 30 minutes of haggling have two sides - leader AND player. So, just as he is clinging to his 5%, it looks like you are too. Funny how he is wrong for wanting more money, for whatever reason, but you are perfectly right for wanting the same thing: more money.
