Looking for Heist Crew 18+ ps4

Looking for 3 members to play heists with on the ps4 platform, looking to do them in order and with the same people for the bonus. Have completed all 5 heists with various groups but sick of picking up randoms who either have no clue or are just there for the annoyance of others.

 

• Rank doesn't matter to me, usually find that the higher ranked players are the ones who play just to annoy people or don't play to the objectives of the team.
• Age is important as I would rather play with more mature players, so preferably over 18 years
• Mic essential for communication
• UK based preferable due to time differences.

 

Like I said I have completed all 5 heists various times, and have completed each doing the various roles, I also know most of the ways to complete missions easily. Am a very competent player and can play most days and most times at the moment due to low work load.

 

Just basically looking to complete all 5 heists with a decent set of players who are looking for the same end.
