Heists cut

Hi Guys.

 

Just wandering what others would do in this situation ?

I have been doing the humane set up heists with my friends/crew and just need the finale to go.

But find it hard to get the all together again for the finale so gave me the go ahead to use randoms.

So i invite some randoms as im host and wasnt sure on what cut to hand out. It was at 55/15/15/15 as default so thought well shall i leave it as this ? Anyway one of the randoms shouts gimme more ! I thought well 15% gives him $81,000 as he has just turned up for the finale.

So he is getting a huge payout anyway. So i thought bugger off as my mates did the setup ones so this guy turns up at the end demanding he gets the payout ? Na so i kept it at his 15% but was this a bit harsh or would you all do this too ?

 

Anyway he left lol

 

Im gonna wait for my buddies as they deserve a decent cut.

There are a ton of threads on this precise subject already but a 40/20/20/20 split appears to be the most agreeable split round these parts

Simple math and logic escapes most GTA players. I hear sniveling little c*nts all the time who show up for the finale, crying like little babies over +/- 5%.

Only if they do set ups that's agree-able but finale hoppers get lower then that.

Just find a new set of randoms, there are plenty of players out there (myself included) who have the decency NOT to demand more, when you just came in for the cake, and pretty satisfied with 15%.

 

Exceptions may be, if someone actually did help you with a couple of setups. Even if not all, still a couple (or even 1, depending on the setup) is enough for 20% in my book.

 

Also, whenever I'm "freeloading", if the team and host seems to be horribly unqualified (low level, squeekers etc.), I ask politely for 20%, as the risk of wasted time on restarts and then someone leaving is high.

 

Otherwise 15% is acceptable, don't bow down to loud mouth demands. In my experience those are usually the ones who will keep failing and ragequitting.

While 15% is a fair cut for a random who's getting a shortcut to the heist finale, they are still going to act entitled and want a higher cut, regardless. Just kick them if you insist on having a 55% cut for yourself, or bump everyone else up to 20% (putting you at 40%), and if anyone still bitches about it being "unfair", then just kick them, since they probably won't be able to pull off a heist if they can't do basic math to see that 25% across the board leaves the host with less profit than the crew members (because of the initial heist investment fee).

If you've been doing all the other prep missions with your friends and crew, thenI would definitely do it with them, would be a little rude to cut them out of the heist finale that you've all been working up to.

Yeah well gives me a good idea. But yeah gonna wait for me buddies as i see that thats thier money not some random loud mouth wanting there money. There does seem to be a lot of d**k heads on there though so im very wary about randoms coz they are unpredictable.

I will stick with people i know i think. Im just desperate to get the insurgant armoured truck lol Think its awesome.

Anyway, I will re-post my thoughts on why I go with 20%;

Example; Pacific

 

Host Cost - $100k

 

Set ups;

Host= $0

Teammates - 5x$20k = $100k

 

______________________________

 

Finale (40% - %20 - %20 - %20);

 

Host = $440K (est. depending on take)

Teammates = $220k

______________________________

 

TOTAL EARNED;

 

Host - $440k - $100k = $340k

Teammates - $220k + $100k = $320k (potential for $420k for first timers)

 

To me, this is a fair payout.

 

And really, it often depends on the crew... if I have plenty of $$ in the bank, and my crew are low on cash, I really don't mind going 25%. But, it they have lots of $$$? The going 40-20-20-20 is the way to go, especially if they didn't grind through the rest of the set-ups

 

Also, if it's their first time, they're getting the bonus $100k as well... this should be factored in imo.

I just keep it 25/25/25/25 since it makes it easier if we all take turns being leader. That way nobody gets the short end of the stick and there is little to no math to figure out.

went on 360 to nake a new xbl account for something and was leveling up joined Series A Meth as a lvl 3 and went afk 4 retries later the high leveled team couldnt deliver the tanker so i said f*ck it and hopped in a semi and delivered then was invited to finale and i killed more people and didnt cause any of our failiures for the heist

All the heists I've done have been an even cut for everyone. The host gets help to unlock his heists, everyone gets paid and that's fair
