How to find Blue Vapid Dominator

Can anyone help me I have a feeling the custom Blue Vapid Dominator has been removed just like The Gold & Chrome Dubsta 2

I actually found one today in the LSC near the airport i got it and sold it since none of my friends in the party wanted it. but to what i just researched is that it spawns there between 6:00-16:00, it also sometimes spawns in the LSC in downtown and near mission road or mission row PD, driven by an NPC in rare occasions.

For you best luck try showing up in a muscle car or another dominator to make it spawn and lobby hop to increase your chances.

ok thanks I'm collecting them I just found both custom Sabre Turbo's there cool I did get lucky to get a Gold Dubsta 2 but I painted it.
