Criminal Mastermind progress resets when going from Fleeca to prison

We tried twice and the first time only one person had progress saved (should have been 4/26 after first setup of prison break) and the second time only two did.

 

any way to make sure progress doesn't get reset?

Ive only heard of the loyalty award glitching like this so far. Try all four of you doing a random set-up job together before splitting up to do the fleeca job.
