DaTwista is right, this will be a hard as nails challenge, mics are an absolute must

 

If I may make a suggestion too, make sure everyone has armoured Kurumas for missions and everyone buys one of the heavy armour outfits. The armour is functional during heists at the cost of sprinting (it's a godsend for the Pacific Standard heist)

Set it as a custom outfit and always have everyone using custom
