Heists invites - can't tell if finale?

I wasn't able to do the heists when they came out due to real life getting in the way plus general connection issues on the whole when I tried. Since I've been more active I've done Humane Labs and Series A with randoms and in both cases there was the leader, me and 1 other consistently through it, the leader inviting us both before others including finales. Also they have been very fair with the payout for the finale.

So far my experiences with heists as a solo player is a positive one. Us random solo players aren't all glitch-hunting, trolling, incompetent fools.

I think if it says for instance humane labs, and has a description it's telling you that it's the whole heist. Setups and all. If it's a finale it comes up just "The humane labs raid". This seems to be the case for me

F*ck you, finale hopper. Do the mission you got.

You need to give it up bro. I'm rich because I finale hop and didn't waste time doing setups that take longer than the hiest. You just keep giving your 10% cuts and stop worrying about the next person's bank account.

You can't tell if its the finale until you get to the setup screen. If there's a difficulty level setting then its the Hiest, if not its a setup mission.

I know I'm late. So late but I read your post before just didn't have an account then. The sure fire way to tell if a heist is a setup or a finale is if the leader has the option, or if you see any options for the clothes, leader full choice, crew full choice. If it's a setup it doesn't have those options. Hope you read this, hope I helped.

Not only are you late, you didn't even answer the question...............

Huh? Setup mission difficulty can be changed...

It works like this: you get an invite to your phone. It will be one of three things:

- The heist name only, no description

- The heist name and description

- The heist name and setup name

Option 1 is either the heist finale, or a heist-in-progress where the leader needs to select the next setup to do. You'll only know after you accept the invite. At that point you'll either be at the settings screen and see the difficulty (that means you're on the finale), or it will go to the planning board and you'll see the leader has to select the next setup to do.

Option 2, as far as I can tell anyway, is always the beginning of the heist when nothing has been done yet.

Option 3 is (obviously) a specific setup.

Good do the set ups, people are lazy bums and want to do finale.

The thing that happens is that you do the set up missions but they don't actually invite you to the finale, thats what pisses me off.

That's why you should host up the heist yourself. The host has every right to invite anyone that they so desire.

Option 2 can be a finale. But every finale has its own description. You can differentiate between the finale and the start.

Nah nah nah Gta 6

The mission I was given was a finale, so you're telling randoms to stop joining finales unless they have been GIVEN the invite to the finale?

Dont change the thread topic, it's how can you tell what's a finale from starting a heist.

I'd gladly do setups instead of regular missions. They pay well enough and I like helping out people.

Too bad they go like:

-Wait for players to join

-Wait for players to join

-Wait for players to join

-Wait for players to join

-Wait for players to join

-Wait for players to join

-Finally everyone joins. Start mission.

-Someone dies/fails. Restart.

-Someone dies/fails. Restart.

-Someone dies/fails. Restart.

-Someone dies/fails. Restart.

-Someone f*cks off. Say goodbye to everybody.

-Wait for players to join.

Ad infinitum.

Fun, fun, fun.

It's threads like this why I suggested that the game shouldn't let people join unless they've done three set ups... People just keep going to random heist, random heist, untill they find one and leaving when a set up starts. Really annoying.
