You guys should know that Rstar are the king of bullshots. Go back and see if theres still shots of the last gen console versions pre release. Have loads of AA and seriously look like pc quality.

Exactly. :);)

Did anyone else notice the boat casting a shadow on the sea floor?

I think it's pretty neat anyway.

yes ive noticed it, the shadows are pretty detailed, it looks great almost like a realistic render, that screenshot can be used as a screen saver or a desktop background, its really awesome!

f*ck, I can't wait how that game will look in motion on my PC monitor, maxed out and in 1080p (and maybe 60fps)

The screens look badass but they probably still don't do the game justice.

It probably looks even more impressive in motion.

Yes they used 1080p or 4k and extra AA on screenshots, thats called prerendering, but textures, details, lighting, LOD, draw distance, shadows etc. etc.. all look like in game. PS4's bullshots look like in game too, except that extra AA is used with eighter 1080p or higher.

Yeah coz I remember all that motion blur and almost no aliasing in some screenshots. Even that chromatic aberration were present in some.

The game actually has that on new gen, though.

Spider-Vice

There's no reason for bullshots on PC. They can just unleash the engine on PC, plus they don't have any more versions to advertise.

same as ps4 version,

only difference is 4K

also you need GTX 980 X 2 SLI & I7 haswell,to be able to play under that 4k...

You're just flat out incorrect.

It looks noticeable better than the PS4 version.

Those screenshots look so rigged. I highly doubt the vanilla game will actually look like that. But no delay is nice :^:

You know PC is not a limited childrens toy like Potatostation 4 is to be downgraded right?

These screens are made on the "developers' hardware", which means to get this quality you will need their ultra-galactic-level-mega-expensive hardware configuration if you want to achieve that, which means that it is only accessible by the "chosen ones" individuals and not mere mortals...Besides you didn't really play Watch Dogs did you? The screens on PC pre-release looked astonishing, but once game got released it was blurry jagged peace of hell!...

From the specs, you could run GTA V on ultra, at 4k, 60 FPS with two 980s easily.

That's not an "ultra-galactic-level-mega-expensive hardware configuration"...

The 980 is anywhere from $550 and up, and you would need two of them. Thats not exactly chump change.

Ew, I hope I can turn off chromatic aberration.

It just ruins the image, I don't get why so many developers are using it all of a sudden.

It's the IN thing this generation:

PS2/XB: Lens Flare

PS3/360: Bloom

PS4/XB1: Chromatic Aberration

Can you give an example and explain what this is? Never heard of this effect. I personally thought the screenshots looked beautiful.

GTA SA clouds are more volumetric than the ones in V.

-_- thats kinda belief shattering, well too bad.

V's clouds are still awesome tho, from a distance anyway and as long as their illusion isnt breaking.

If you get closer, it disappears almost completely, then appears again if you move further away.

That screen confirmes that San Andreas is in Australia instead of USA.

And then Trevor comes along, shoots you for no reason and the police decide to let him go after a 5 minute chase.

Well if you are going by the game's story and everything that's destined to happen, then I would be Franklin in the game just to be safe ;) if you know what I mean.
