Need an antivirus that can clean files without deleting them

Some virus and malware infected .exe, adding new keys in registry and duplicate a fake svchost in my computer. It infected some of my games .exe so I need an antivirus that can clean files without deleting them as I don't want to reinstall them.

Good luck with that. File infectors ate notoriously dangerous as it's often impossible to recover the data they overwrite and all you'll end up with is corrupted files that won't run. Plus there's no guarantee you won't reinfect the system at a later date even from "cleaned" files.

 

Nuke from orbit is the only safe response sadly.

Dammit, that means I have to reinstall every infected softwares again. Anyway, thanks for giving me answer.
