Next Gen gets The Special Ed. Weapons. - 50.Pistol and Bullpup Shotgun and other stuff.

- It could easily be sold for 99 Cent DLC. DLC has never been sold, why would they start now?

 

You get more lens flares and depth of field fading in the background of your focus,

- Woah, Someone call Micheal bay. Michael Bay blows things up, JJ Abrams does lens flare and depth of field. Get your sh*t straight.

 

More Character Creation

- Which is BS, Because there isn't nothing but sliders which I'm sure if last gen can come in with innovative customization games like Saint's Row. (Put down the pitchforks) I'm pretty darn sure we could handle a face molding as well as facial feats including, Face Pain/ Makeup Opacity, Hair Color. Age Marks and Wrinkle. Saint's Row: single player offline. GTA:O : online multiplayer. Have you ever coded? Making everyone have unique features takes alot of processing power and the way that Rockstar has their servers set up, it would be impossible to have everyone look unique.

 

First Person View

- I couldn't and still cant play this game in first person, to save my life. It's clunky imo and odd. This I agree with. Don't like first person, never should have been implemented in GTA. I believe it was due to all the CoD kiddies begging for it.

 

Grenade Throw Button.

- Why didn't the old version of gta get this? Does last gen have a touch pad? Question answered.

 

It's not as if these things are hard to implement if these things were already thought out. Why don't we have these things and more?

 

Not to complain, but these things could easily be implemented in the Last Gen versions of GTA V

 

 

In closing, your last two sentences make you sound nothing more than a spoiled, entitled, yoloswag child.

For me, imo, it was a bullsh*t, sh*tty tactic to lure in the few who feel it's better for them to drop a sh*t ton of cash on virtual nothing than to use that same money and do something productive/helpful with it.

 

However, I laugh hysterically at those who were lured in and caught, like some clueless perch.

 

It's all about the look, in this vain, shallow world. Superficiality, with no substance.

I know how you think monkey butt, but my statement was not blanketed. In fact there is more "fact" to my statement than yours of "having the new version, I would enjoy it. Fact." Not hardly, your assumptions just make an ass of yourself.

 

Also, I can have whatever I want, I choose to spend my money on things that will improve my mental, physical and emotional health and wellbeing of my friends and family. New gen consoles provide NONE of that. Deal with it.

 

New gen "gamers" jumped down OPs throat from the start. Old gen has sympathized or kept there mouth shut. Those who have spouted off have lost all credibility and your posts mean less than the barnacle on my dogs ass.

The graphics are seriously better on PS4. I went back to PS3 the other day and didn't realize how big a difference until going back months later.

It's the little things I like - for instance when you blow a car up it causes a chain reaction of other cars to explode that are close. And the flames if on grass starts a trail of flames until all the grass is ablaze.

I notice something new everyday I play. Even if they are just little graphic tweaks.

Quick toss button is d-pad left (or right; i dont remember) in first person only. It throws what throwable is active in your wheel (except the jerry can)its not fpv only and its left on d pad

I noticed you came in and had really helpful fabulous advice so I was hoping you could offer up some suggestions on how a non whiny, non unemployed person on a PS3 can become cool and experience the personal growth you all have when you purchased that PS4.

 

Should I spend less money on food? I would stop paying bills to afford my PS4 but then I wouldn't have any electricity to power my PS4 nor the Internet to play it on. I suppose I could turn to a life of crime but that would be ALMOST as bad as being unemployed.

 

Perhaps a second job

New Gen has way more issues as a far as i can see. Sure it looks better. But WTF?

I'm at my friends house he plays it on PS4. Sitting here at 6 AM. I came over here to help him with his PC I'm cleaning his dads desktop. I never said I currently owned next gen. I mostly play on PS3.

 

But seriously. I might be coming off like a bashful idiot.

 

But in all honesty. Don't you guys think some of the things where possibly by any or a small chance just some of these things that could've easily be put into the last gen vers of the game.

 

I mean I understand wanting to have a ground hold on your position on buying the next gen version. But I've played it for a few days. I'm sitting next to my friend now.. He also thinks that it's not the great of a difference.

 

From what I've been playing is that alot of the things they added were just small. Walk Animation options, Hair Color,

Face Pain/Makeup Opac?

Maybe your Internet is the cause of the time outs, because I haven't had any problems.

My connection is fine. My router is open to all required ports. My connection is above standard. There should be no reason for any time outs ever.

 

Not to mention that this game actually ran smooth as sh*t till the small update after the heists came out.

 

R* needs to add a new option.

 

1.) Cancel going back to single player... and TRY AGAIN TO GET INTO ONLINE. WHy does this game spit you back to single player? I dunno.

 

2.) A Back out of cloud load screens. NO, i don't want to float in the sky for 5 minutes. TRY AGAIN... NOW!

All of this.Old Gen IMO actually still have some juice left in it.After the Heists update,I noticed that R* gave a nice small upgrade in graphics while adding some foilage.Maybe that can add more for all we know.LG is starting to turn around for R* , and all the miniscule CG stuff that is being added to LG makes it all the better.I wouldnt be suprised if we eventually get CG minimap,or some new interiors.I dont feel the jurisdication to pay around 460$ just to get a game with a coat of new paint and few extra features I might use within 2 weeks time and I dont think anyone else should either.

The single biggest issue for R* and GTA is breaking with the old gen so the game can grow. Old hardware simply can't handle what R* arguably has plans for.

 

The OLD gen version actually runs better.

 

New Gen has way more issues as a far as i can see. Sure it looks better. But WTF?

All of this.Old Gen IMO actually still have some juice left in it.After the Heists update,I noticed that R* gave a nice small upgrade in graphics while adding some foilage.Maybe that can add more for all we know.LG is starting to turn around for R* , and all the miniscule CG stuff that is being added to LG makes it all the better.I wouldnt be suprised if we eventually get CG minimap,or some new interiors.I dont feel the jurisdication to pay around 460$ just to get a game with a coat of new paint and few extra features I might use within 2 weeks time and I dont think anyone else should either.

 

Not going to happen. They've nearly reached the limit on last-gen and even if they could it would give no incentive to buy upgrade.

- Which is BS, Because there isn't nothing but sliders which I'm sure if last gen can come in with innovative customization games like Saint's Row. (Put down the pitchforks) I'm pretty darn sure we could handle a face molding as well as facial feats including, Face Pain/ Makeup Opacity, Hair Color. Age Marks and Wrinkle..

 

First Person View

- I couldn't and still cant play this game in first person, to save my life. It's clunky imo and odd.

 

Grenade Throw Button.

- Why didn't the old version of gta get this?

 

It's not as if these things are hard to implement if these things were already thought out. Why don't we have these things and more?

meh... Never tried heist on old gen.

 

 

 

But for me.. Everything takes for ever to load with so many time outs and errors. It took me 20 mins to find a damn race last night.

 

 

 

I go over to a freinds house with old gen,, and he makes me race for him to get unlocks. I enter GTA Online and find a PACKED race in 5 seconds.

 

 

Its like New Gen has a mind of its own. Nope sorry... time out.. time out... time out...no friends online.. NOPE! OK now you can play now, for a bit.

 

maybe it's the internet connection...

 

 

My connection is fine. My router is open to all required ports. My connection is above standard. There should be no reason for any time outs ever.

 

Not to mention that this game actually ran smooth as sh*t till the small update after the heists came out.

 

R* needs to add a new option.

 

1.) Cancel going back to single player... and TRY AGAIN TO GET INTO ONLINE. WHy does this game spit you back to single player? I dunno.

 

2.) A Back out of cloud load screens. NO, i don't want to float in the sky for 5 minutes. TRY AGAIN... NOW!

Like I said, I haven't had any problems so it's gotta be either on your end or your console.

 

 

 

 

Well... at this point i don't care anymore what it is. I've done everything i could

 

I go from days with no problems to days with problems constantly My new problems started with the last minor update.

 

So if it ran smooth for 2 weeks straight with no issues.. Why would it not the next?

 

 

The end result is i keep having to restart my console.. and do other things over and over and over.. til finally. IT WORKS!

 

 

f*ck.. lol. Sorry just venting. But this is what i got through. ANd its bullsh*t.

OP for what it's worth I agree with you.

 

I owned the Xbox 360 version, own the PS4 version and have the PC version pre-ordered.

 

The next-gen version is just a more polished version of the last-gen version, FPV is a nice touch but it controls terribly IMO. The game is much more enjoyable in 3rd person, but it's nice the option is there.

 

No extra/open interiors was a disappointment for me

 

I hope the PC version is a more polished version of the current-gen version as FPV could be awesome with a KB+M

lol sure, waiting a minute after a heist...waiting a minute for the directions to appear on screen. Unless this update fixed that it's just meh.
