The past 2 days i have noticed my mental state will not increase no matter how many people or NPC's i kill. i have been on a massacre for the past 30min and it has not increased past 0

I have noticed that it seems to be reseting itself every hour of so. Got reset back to white 4 times today while killing people in my hydra and insurgent
